Backroom DE. Posted October 24, 2012 Backroom Posted October 24, 2012 1-2 Sheff Weds. Venky's incompetence continues to cost the club valuable points.
G Somerset Rover Posted October 24, 2012 Posted October 24, 2012 Suprised Pedersen has been dropped, sounded like he had one of his better games at the weekend, well.. set piece wise He had a good all-round game against Derby actually. Very unlucky to be dropped. I bloody hope it isn't 3-5-2, I'd be surprised if Black changed it too much given our decent first 45 against Derby...
Devon Rover Posted October 24, 2012 Posted October 24, 2012 Think this'll be a draw. We really need a win because chances of promotion are slipping away and it will soon be very hard even for a good, experienced manager to recover.
budha Posted October 24, 2012 Posted October 24, 2012 Clutching at straws here, but it's nice to finally see Rosado being involved if only at bench. He was supposed to be the most highly rated of our Portuguese players.
Cocker Posted October 24, 2012 Posted October 24, 2012 Looks like Kean has picked that line up......just saying
Ricky Posted October 24, 2012 Posted October 24, 2012 Not keen on 5 at the back at home, however if we can push the full backs on it should give us a good option down the wings. It's not about the formation its about how you utlilise it.
Oklahoma Posted October 24, 2012 Posted October 24, 2012 I can understand the 4-2-3-1 but Dunn doesn't have pace to play behind the striker. The 3 offensive midfielders have to be fast to create confusion in the other team...
Salgado Is A Hero Posted October 24, 2012 Posted October 24, 2012 Get in!!!!!!!!! Well in Hanley the scorer and Dunn for the assist.
Laurence Posted October 24, 2012 Posted October 24, 2012 three more and we might snatch a point from this
perthblue02 Posted October 24, 2012 Posted October 24, 2012 Lets hope we don't sit back now, sounds like a great set up by Dunn
hesfromburn Posted October 24, 2012 Posted October 24, 2012 I can understand the 4-2-3-1 but Dunn doesn't have pace to play behind the striker. Just Kean neve played him there he played him cm, luckily Black isnt as useless as Kean. COYB!
Oklahoma Posted October 24, 2012 Posted October 24, 2012 I would agree a few years ago but if you want to counter attack, your offensive midfielders need pace. Dunn has a great passing ability but he is not the player to run a fast counter attack.
SirLarsIII Posted October 24, 2012 Posted October 24, 2012 Commentary on Radio 5 Sports Extra tonight for those of us who can't/won't go to the game and don't live locally. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b01nj22v Where are the commentary - all I hear s some blokes talking bout transfers?
Salgado Is A Hero Posted October 24, 2012 Posted October 24, 2012 Was it Dunn, good ol' Dowie said it was Givet. 5Live extra was pretty adamant it was Dunn......"not just good skill but good strength from Dunn on the right hand side" (paraphrasing).
