Not a bad shout - don't think Harry would want a long term job up north.

Get us up with Sherwood - then leave Tim in charge.. I'd be happy with that.

Can I see it happening. No.

couldn't think of a better scenario in my wildest drwams. Hence why it wont happen. Venkys would be forgiven though big time by me

Harry "left" spurs over a champions league qualification payout. Chelsea winning the champions league knocked spurs out and redknapp still wanted the bonus for a top four finish and levvy said no. There was also other contractual issues and levvy wasn't happy about contract talls stalling when england job came up

Thank you (and Salgado too), I didn't know this.

However, I still wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him. Not with only Venkys and Shebby to keep an eye on things anyway.

Whereas when our previous manager wanted a bonus he just asked for one and he got one, along with an improved contract. Perhaps Harry fancies a bit of that.

What a strange place rovers is. Made an approach for Mckinlay on Monday, scraped a win on Wednesday, and redknapp expresses an interest on Thursday. It's never dull at rovers these days.

Harry is far too good for the championship so I doubt it will happen. Holloway is the one imo

Why would a 65-year-old multimillionaire who enjoys walking his dogs put himself through a 600-mile round trip several times a week to a place and a club he doesn't like ?

How much were we prepared to pay to get Sherwood out of his contract?

A large basic + 4m quid promotion bonus at the end of the season?

Shebby is on sky tonight at 10:15

Which means Shebby is in the sky studios right now and could be feeding info

2 + 2 = 5 or publicity drive by Singh to buy him more time

Can't see it being a publicity drive on our side. If it failed to happen (as most think it will) then there has to be a decent manager appointed. Shebby can't go from harry redknapp to billy mckinlay! Can see it being a publicity stunt from harrys side for souhampton or qpr job but then why would he deny interest (if he has) he'd be somewhere stating he's interested to get them moving. If he said he was interested and we didn't try to appoint him his stock would lose no value whatsoever
