Did anyone hear the discussion on this on Talksport before teatime? I didn't hear it myself but I'm told they were discussing whether a move to us would be good from Harry's point of view and the balance of opinion was that yes it would be because a decent manager ought to get this squad up making him look good.

Surprised at that, they absolutely love Harry on there and I thought they'd say it'd be a disastrous move for him. They also said Harry is being linked with the Ipswich vacancy apparently.

Same person told me Holloway is shortening rapidly for the Burnley job. Into 4/1 apparently. Don't know what he was before tbh.

If he indeed does persuade Harry Rednapp to come, I'm sure everyone will agree to shine their spotlights on him.

They wouldn't want to upset Harry if it turns out to be true. Shows how easy it is to get good press if you have the right connections.

They certainly seem to have gone to a lot of effort if it is a non story. Interviews with Eric Black and Dunny about it and everything!

But, according to your good self, he's not coming - so why bother posting anything about the Redknapp story?

I'm amazed that anyone thought this was going to happen.

Even if he did want to come...You really think Venkys would pay his salary?

Didn't Sky make out that Flitty was nailed on for the job last night? I'm not saying they did as I didn't see anything, but when we got back to the pub thats the impression I was given. Either way, their info can't be described as rock solid!

one extreme to the other, cant they can their freaking mouths shut? i feel like i have been on a roller coaster supporting rovers, if harry dont want it, get holloway in!!!

Like I said earlier in the thread, my worry is that now we'll put other appointments on hold in the hope that Harry signs, then Harry gets a closer to home offer and by that time the likes of Holloway aren't available or get fed up with being messed around.

All my money is on Shearer after Kamy's Sunday night announcement though the Blackpool fans have been resigned to losing him all day on their forums.

Don't worry, Ralfinho has gone all ITK and says it's a done deal.

Hope it's a bit more reliable than him posting a supposed pic of Harry at Stanley House with his mate on the day Kean resigned which was apparently a pic of Harry at a completely unrelated event somewhere 3 weeks previously.
