If you're so certain that this has taken place then surely one of the tabloids will have something on it tonight.

Interesting stuff from Ralfinho.

As I posted on either Monday or Tuesday, I did not expect Berg to be in charge tomorrow.

If Ralfinho is correct, he wont be and Black will step in, again.

History to repeat itself - didn't Kean quit on a Friday night !?!?

this is from Nicko, who was told this yesterday about Hughes being seen at Manchester airport by a certain person who claims to be in the know who was on here and get banned? ibby ask Nicko yesterday

Ill refrain from updating eh. Let u all just see it unfold merry Xmas everyone. See u all in the new year

and with that the BRFCS stud muffin was gone, no doubt off to woo the women folk of Lancashire with his dark brooding looks and tales of high-powered meetings in European tax havens. Some people have got it all.

I would class myself as more optimistic than pessimistic when it comes to football.....but even I would write off automatic promotion.

Cardiff are currently averaging 2 points per game.....which means they would finish on 92 points if they continued to do so.

As we're currently on 29 points, that means we would have to get another 63 points from 24 games to reach that same amount.....or 2.4 points per game.......20 wins, 3 draws and 1 loss.

But we only need to finish in the top 2......88, 84, 91, 83 and 79 are what the 2nd place team has finished on over the last 5 years....with the 91 coming from West Brom when they went up automatically with Newcastle and were both too good for this league.

If we say 85 points is the projected target, then we need to get another 56 points....which can be done by 17 wins, 5 draws and 2 losses.

I can't see that happening at all under Berg......I know 8/9 games is not enough time but if we had been steadily improving then I would be optimistic......but the last few games, we have regressed.

A new manager such as Hughes or McLeish with money to spend in January and I would think it might be possible.......probably if Boro and Palace lose key players to transfers and/or injuries as well.

And Ralfinho, size 6 isn't attractive so I'm not sure what you're point is.
