Ozz Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 Can I just say at this point that if and when RoversTrust are involved at the club we will make sure there is plenty of paper in the fax machine at all times.

Yes but more importantly what discount could you get on chairs? After all looking nice in the Steve Kean tribute suite is far more important that any on field activities
Ozz Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 Not sure about the chairs, but we're OK for shelves.
Wayne Wild Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 Rovers Trust steering group members and helpers have been busy hand delivering our membership packs out this week to officially signed up members. Any members not in the local area will have theirs posted, as well as overseas members. The pack includes an official membership certificate, newsletter, pin badge and wristband. If you are a paid up member and not received your pack in the next 7 days please let us know at enquiries@roverstrust.com
Paul Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 So thats where the tenner goes....... Not really. The £10 goes to overall running costs; membership certificates were printed free locally, envelopes donated by local printer, wristbands and lapel badge purchased out of funds raised at Sportsman's Dinner. Local postage was paid out of subscriptions and international postage donated by a Steering Group member Membership Packs were largely delivered locally by hand in the hope of saying "hello" if the member was at home.

I think Wayne's anticipated delivery time to this part of the world might be a tad optimistic lol.
SouthAussieRover Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 He's bringing it himself...... Cheer up Sparky. Manhattan must be closer?? Or is Manhattan a suburb in Burnley?
Daniel Louis Grabko (Dan) Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 Nope, not that many, Sparky - only a few hundred were close enough to the local area to be hand delivered by one of the steering group members. And yes, you've caught us! The membership fee is actually paying for Mr. Wild to go on a world tour delivering membership packs all over the globe, from Australia to California. We're calling it, "Around the World in 7 Days" - Look out for the feature film

dave birch Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 An accountant trying to be witty. You really ought to give this persona away. It makes you look somewhat dim. Why not join with Dan in trying to do something positive for BRFC.
Ozz Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 Dave-I have your pack in front of me, it's leaving today with all the other Aussie ones too. Can you let me know when it arrives safely please? Cheers.
