Most pessimistic poster - That is a highly competitive category as opposed to "Most optimistic poster", which has very few nominees

A handful (truthfully, I don't know, but I think about half a dozen). On occasion it's sometimes seen in the public interest to allow people to disappear and come back under a different name (like a BRFCS witness protection scheme ). However we treat people letting us know first and doing it with permission VERY differently to banned users re-registering.
