Fantastic player one week, terrible the next, one of the more dynamic players in our squad but definitely a plonker

Glad Colin Colin is going. Bloody plonker.

Definately , he has talent but the negatives far outweigh the positives !

Can do without players who sulk on the field and on twitter ...

according to nixon, we want 6-7 players out, 4 or 5 coming in.

expect 1 cb, 1 rw, 1 cm n 1 striker

Hopefully Robinson, Etuhu and Peds, Jorge/Edinho loan, Martin Olsson will leave and probably Kazim.

New CB, Bentley, Mullins and Marlon King.

Better get used to rovers ever being second best then.

I didn't know about Van Der Vaart, Barton struggles with some personal demons but Marlon King is on another level.

Dave Whelen wouldn't have this violent criminal at Wigan and I hope we follow suit.

Why would they do that?

Probaby because constantly closing down players doesn't pay off nearly as well when they have the ability to play the ball around you, as most teams in the Premiership tend to have.

I'm not sure where this CKR-business is coming from, but there's certainly other players in our squad that need to be let go before him!

So give 'em even more room? Daft idea and wrong. :)

6-7 players out should be:

Diogo Rosado, Givet, CKR, Nuno Gomes, Paul Robinson, Henrique and Fabio Nunes.

Fabio Nunes? Don't be crazy, he's looked pretty good from the glimpses we've seen of him. He should be one of the players to stay without a doubt, he's a genuine talent.

I'd keep Gomes around, his experience could prove invaluable should we reach the playoffs. Nunes probably on low wages, can't see why we'd get rid so soon. Robinson and Givet (doesn't seem like his heart is in it anymore) I'd let go.

If we can keep ckr then we should, he has been fantastic for us.

Nunes has been good on the occasions he has played!

It's a shame that so many players need to leave because they have lost interest in the club.

Not sure that they have, but as a group they haven't performed well enough to warrant a promotion spot so it is only timely that Appleton decides to stir things around a little. Even the best teams need reinforcing on a regular basis to avoid going stale, just look at what happened to us in the wake of our title winning season.

Appleton obviously doesn't rate Simon, so I'm sure he's one asset we could cash in on.

He isn't effective as a winger and I'd prefer us to play someone more physical beside Rhodes.

However I doubt we will get much for him if anything or we would have sold him in the summer.

You see am on the opposite side of the scale I would say he has been hot and cold at best.

Ever wonder why it's pretty rare that a team closes down their opposition every chance they get? Do you think it's because 90 % of managers and players are stupid and just can't figure out that sure fire key to success, or maybe there's something in what I'm saying?

West Ham has signed Steven Warnock on loan, which should end their interest in Martin Olsson. Can't say I'm over the moon about it, given a decent fee I'd let Olsson go, at least way before Kazim Richards!
