sambo Posted December 15, 2012 Posted December 15, 2012 I don't even consider it a boycott for me, I just can't be bothered wasting more money on a bunch of overpaid cretins, led by a manager out of his depth who works underneath an @rseh0le like Shebby and a bunch of idiots like Venky's. No enthusiasm, especially considering the FA Cup is the least of our worries.
Mike Graham Posted December 15, 2012 Posted December 15, 2012 I think we need a fan boycott on this one big time. VENKYS OUT You are a TREMBLER
ABBEY Posted December 15, 2012 Author Posted December 15, 2012 Throw ya washing in my bath and wash it .. In trembling that much ha
Stuart Posted December 15, 2012 Posted December 15, 2012 I think the boycott will take care of itself for this one. No advertisement needed. They won't be able to hide the attendance this time either.
Mike Graham Posted December 15, 2012 Posted December 15, 2012 I just watched MOTD. Newcastle had 49,000 v Man City which is about 6 or 7K below their capacity. Is the football bubble bursting?
Mike Graham Posted December 15, 2012 Posted December 15, 2012 Newcastle's capacity is 52,000 Fair enough, just noticed lots of empty seats on he left hand side behind the goal which is unusual for St James Park.
Rover_Shaun Posted December 16, 2012 Posted December 16, 2012 £20 in the blackburn end for this???????????????
Ben-2000 Posted December 16, 2012 Posted December 16, 2012 ST HOLDERS / NON ST HOLDERS Riverside £10 / £15 BBurn End £15 / £20 JW Wings £17 / £22 JW Centre £20 / £25
Rover_Shaun Posted December 16, 2012 Posted December 16, 2012 £50 for JW upper????? think you have the wrong LOL Over priced by Riverside £11 / £16 BBurn End £16 / £21 JW Wings £18 / £23 JW Centre £21 / £26
Ben-2000 Posted December 16, 2012 Posted December 16, 2012 Yes, have edited that... should read £25! ...and yes it is too much! Should be a tenner all round IMO.
roverandout Posted December 16, 2012 Posted December 16, 2012 got a season ticket but honestly cant be arsed going anymore
Athlete Posted December 16, 2012 Posted December 16, 2012 defo not going..not giving any more money to these fools + unless the situation drastically changes seriously considering not renewing my ST after 26 years of having a ST...totally gutted at the way the club has gone , in 2 years Venkys have totally destroyed the club anyone who thinks otherwise just have a good look around the ground on Saturday from the top of the JW upper tier
roverthemoon Posted December 17, 2012 Posted December 17, 2012 Got my two tickets today then went and bought a loud hailer.
AggyBlue Posted December 18, 2012 Posted December 18, 2012 Got my two tickets today then went and bought a loud hailer. That's four of us then
DavidMailsTightPerm Posted December 18, 2012 Posted December 18, 2012 I think we need a fan boycott on this one big time. VENKYS OUT Abbey - who do you think will suffer if the club goes into financial meltdown ? Won't be the Venkys that is for sure - they could just sell what few saleable assets we have and recoup their money - and then they can just leave us in limbo if they wanted to.
Amo Posted December 18, 2012 Posted December 18, 2012 Once the parachute payments dry up and we're still in the Championship (or languishing in League One on current form) then we'll be heading for financial meltdown anyway.

I can honestly say that if we went in meltdown then i would get my passion back once we rise from the ashes. If we dont then it will hurt but the thought of venkys and shabby continuing the circus is something i cant handle for much longer . I cant put my hand in my pocket for an overpriced cup game. I love the FA cup but really cant be giving the venkys any extra money.I have never missed a cup game at Ewood unless ive been working away .This is a first for me and yes I was on against the Dons when we started 5-0 down .
Andy Posted December 18, 2012 Posted December 18, 2012 Pushing a protest is pointless. The majority of fans who do turn up are apathetic at best and will turn up regardless out of loyalty/a lack of anything better to do.
Ben-2000 Posted December 19, 2012 Posted December 19, 2012 There is talk of some fans going to watch AFC Darwen instead to offer support to a local non-league side. I was never going to the FA Cup match anyway so have decided to go along. There's a Facebook event page to help publicise it if anyone is interested in going, entry is £4.00 adults (kids go free). http://www.facebook.com/#!/events/504295949591009/?fref=ts
