[Archived] WordPress Template - help!

I've downloaded a WordPress template and now have the folder on my desktop - the only problem is I haven't got a fluffing clue were to start...can anybody help?

I take it you have access to the WordPress administration part of the site you want to use it on? If so, and you still have the zip file, you can upload it directly via the theme installer.

how do I gain access to the admin section and upload it to where? I'm worse than useless!

Wordpress is something that I want to get into and use for my own website. I'm a graphic designer but have absolutely no clue about web design or coding. Wordpress is supposed to be a good way of doing web design for dummies, so your web site looks like a professional one and not one of the cheap, crap ones you can buy online. As far as I know, the one thing to remember about Wordpress is to keep installing the updates, otherwise your website won't work.
