Ewoodbhappy Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 At the Blakleys debacle, someone said to SPECCY TW@T, sack Kean now and you'll be a legend. With that stupid looking face he has -SPECCY TW@T said, "I want to be a legend for taking Blackburn Rovers back to the Premier league." Now I really do think this guy is a dangerous, loony, delusional SPECCY TW@T! The only reason he will be remembered in the history of BRFC is for aiding & abetting in the destruction of the legacy of a true legend. Mr Jack Walker. F - OFF SPECCY!

chaddyrovers Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2897/championship/2012/12/27/3631875/blackburn-target-di-matteo-as-berg-replacement Blackburn Rovers have identified Roberto Di Matteo as the man they want to succeed Henning Berg and are already in the process of replacing the Norwegian’s backroom team, Goal.com can reveal. Berg was relieved of his duties on Tuesday night after Rovers’ 1-0 defeat at Middlesbrough brought an end to his 57-day reign as Steve Kean's successor . The likelihood of Champions League winner Di Matteo accepting the job remains remote, while the early bookies' favourite Mark Hughes – a former manager at Ewood Park – has distanced himself from the post. The Blackburn hierarchy were on Wednesday already sorting out a management team for the weekend’s game against Barnsley, and met with former Aston Villa coach Kevin MacDonald in order to try and rubber stamp his appointment as caretaker boss. MacDonald is set to be joined by Judan Ali, described as a rising star in coaching, and a man whose cause global advisor Shebby Singh championed when Kean left the club. It is understood that Alex McLeish was discussed at the meeting with MacDonald – the pair worked together at Villa Park - and could switch his interest to Rovers, instead of choosing to become Nottingham Forest’s new man as widely speculated. MacDonald and Ali are expected to be joined in some capacity by midfielder Danny Murphy, who was brought to the club in the summer with a view to getting him involved on the coaching side. Colin Hendry and Gary Bowyer, the only senior members of staff remaining after all decks were cleared, took training. Hendry, the former club captain, had been demoted to the position of reserve team coach earlier this month. Singh, Derek Shaw and Paul Agnew, the trio who collectively decided to compromise their own wishes to make the decision to appoint Berg 10 games ago, have been urged to employ an experienced manager to appease the supporters.
Pedro Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 Still Hughes for me. I also still think Shebby is a deluded bellend.
RoverScot Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 Judan Ali and Danny Murphy are going to be the new coaches along with Macdonald according to Chaddy's link. "Singh, Derek Shaw and Paul Agnew, the trio who collectively decided to compromise their own wishes to make the decision to appoint Berg 10 games ago, have been urged to employ an experienced manager to appease the supporters." Lets see how that works out when such a experienced manager gets sacked and then Judan Ali becomes the new manager.
Ricky Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 I just can't see the logic in appointing new coaches before the new manager is decided. It's beyond stupid!!
Kamy100 Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 MacDonald in as head coach. Judan Ali also in as coach. Rovers say manager hunt continues but I have my doubts.
bigbrandjohn Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 Well it won't be McLeish. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20855227
Backroom Tom Posted December 27, 2012 Backroom Posted December 27, 2012 Joke of an appointment by a joke of a club
chaddyrovers Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 Maybe Di Matteo is in talks with Rovers and wants KM on his coaching staff. Di Matteo does work with Eddie Newton as his number 2 Di Matteo would be a excellent choice. Experience of Championship and getting promotion from Championship to PL
koi Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 MacDonald in as head coach. Judan Ali also in as coach. Rovers say manager hunt continues but I have my doubts. Sadly so do I.
Waggy76 Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 MacDonald in as head coach. Judan Ali also in as coach. Rovers say manager hunt continues but I have my doubts. Me too .........

chaddyrovers Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 MacDonald in as head coach. Judan Ali also in as coach. Rovers say manager hunt continues but I have my doubts. Is this confirm yet
Waggy76 Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 I wonder what influence Mccleish will have on Macdonald ? Got the job at Forest , so he maybe his number 2 ..
booth Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 So Shebby lied when he said Judan Ali was just there in an observational capacity?
Amo Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 Good as he was over the years I still haven't forgiven that John Williams also employed an inexperienced fool as a manager! @#/? knows what his thought processes were when he interviewed and decided on that numpty Paul Ince! He looked pretty sick when he had to continually rescue the goon at that first press conference. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/7471290.stm JW's body language is hilarious.
Kamy100 Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 Is this confirm yet Will be tomorrow. Rovers insist that manager search will continue. How the hell can you appoint coaches before a manager? This also rules out Hughes, he only works with his coaching team.

Waggy76 Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 It is like a Monty Python sketch , so absurd you cannot really believe what you see or hear !

Having such a fragmented staff will mean it's easier to tell them what to do, unlike say if they brought Hughes in and he brought his own people in. What the loons don't realize is that it means we won't win football matches as well.

Do you think that bothers them ? They have got used to it in the last 2 years !
Athlete Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 Ali, that's me finished. Same as me... ST holder for 30 years but sadly I'm going to find something else to do on Saturdays the ST will stay in the draw and I won't renew until Venkys leave
mozsupportsrovers Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 Blackburn Rovers have been on a drip for 2 years now, tomorrow could be the end... Judan Ali, Shabby Singh, Kevin McDonald..... Haha what a joke. In who's head at ewood or in Pune does this make any sense?
