Next manager (if there is one) will be whoever agrees to jobshare with Shebby Singh. If nobody agrees to that then as philipl and DE4life have said, we'll make a token appointment from within and Shebby will be manager in all but name.

Shebby will have spoken to Macdonald when interviewing for the Assistant Manager job. However this article in the summer states that Macdonald wants to be a manager not a coach.
