No thanks on Karl Robinson, he is another Lee Clark, who is not doing so well at Brum at the moment. He gets linked with us every time, and this time with it being the mirror I suspect it is just a case of them trying to sweep the whole Kevin Macdonald thing under the rug with a different name,

I said on here 5 days ago that I thought you could forget Hughes and look at either Davies or Coyle. I will stand by this and I think Coyle is desperate for the job despite all the denials from his mate Nicko. At 25/1, he is the one who might just creep in under the radar. He has a backroom team, lives less than 2 miles from the training ground and he is ready to roll.
It's possible no matter what Nicko says, end of the day Coyle is out of work and would take the job if offered it. That said, I don't actually want this guy at Rovers. Only as good as your last job and he had a worse win ratio than Kean in the last 12 months of his time at Bolton.

I don't think he's desperate for the Rovers job whilst he's still a strong candidate for the Scotland gig. Billy Davies, incidentally, has ruled himself out of contention for the national job.

Why are people still reading what the eternally incorrect Nixon is writing?

He was proven wrong yet again today, with the MacDonald link. 100% being appointed as manager today accoring to the chubby red-top guesser.

It'd be safer to assume that anything that leaves his keyboard is incorrect.

It's not Nickos article....more interesting shebby revelations though.

He was the first journo who reported Berg had got the job.

He certainly looks like a plum for getting the MacDonald thing wrong.

I do wonder whether it was going to happen before the fanbase went ballistic and Shaw/Agnew went to Pune, though.

Worrying that there are rumblings from Leeds. We don't want to be in competition with them when it comes to tempting a new boss. Even worse we don't want to end up with Colin W@nker.

I find it more interesting these days to see which journo is on the ball and which isnt.....tbf it's more fun.

You can actually see which journo get there info from which employee,

To be honest I dont believe any of them and it's simple why because no bugger has any idea whats going on including the decision makers, I really think that the list of potential managers is becoming less and less.

We have had the Macdonald story

We Have had the Ali Story

We have had the Christmas party story

All have damaged the club and agitated the supporter base mainly against Shebby Singh

Singh had left the party before the Berg incident

Singh has denied the Macdonald story

Singh and Cryer have confirmed that Ali was here for a few weeks doing this FA apprenticeship thing.

Ask yourself if Singh had left the party which executive set up the prank on Berg

Which executive has media contacts to get the story in the press so quickly

Which executive is rumoured to be against Singh for seeing off Kean

Which executive would bring on turmoil for his own gain

Which executive spun a campaign against fans last season

Which executive has overseen the entire Venky reign

I have no doubt Shaw/Agnew have plenty of dirt on their hands.

I also have no doubt that Singh is an idiot, therefore hiring MacDonald could have been on his agenda. Let's not forget he was going to appoint McKinlay before realising how enraged the fans were going to be and BRFCAG stepped in.

Exactly. Great points.

A media campaign against Shebby (and this against Berg).

Who would do this and why? It's not that long ago Kean was in charge. Think about everything that was happening back then.

That's why I will always choose Shebby as the lesser of two evils.

I cant help but look at Shebby like a little lost puppy, he is well out of his depth and looks like he is clueless (which he really should'nt considering the role he has) I listen to Shaw who to me has the charisma of a warm bucket of urine and the pictures I have seen of Agnew look like someone who wear pods with Farah pants that are two sizes to small.

I have to say that I would rather anyone who had any dealings with Kean to be gone and that is all I know.

Have you read the article? Nixon didn't write it! Good article but I wouldn't want him.

At first i thought it was a version of tubthumping by Chumbawamba but that would have gone

He's put out a mcdonald leak , He's put out a Ali leak

He's put out a party leak, he's put out a Shebby leak

He sings of poor Stevie and remembers the good times

He's greatful to little Stevie for all the best times

oh Aggers Boy , Aggers Boy, Aggers Boy

He gets caught out, but he spins it again

he's never ever gonna step down
