Ferrit Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 Bowyer and Hendry picking the team apparently. (LOL)

AggyBlue Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 Bowyer and Hendry Is that code for 'Shebby'
Ossydave Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 Is that code for 'Shebby' He's basically got 2 new masks to wear now Berg has gone
punerover Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 A chance to redeem ourselveshttp://www.rovers.co.uk/news/article/a-chance-to-redeem-ourselves-564332.aspx? Does this imply Murphy is holding up the baton?
Ferrit Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 Is that code for 'Shebby' Indeed, also commonly known as massive arsehole.
Martin Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 What's the betting that we'll smash Barnsley now? Judan Ali and SS lead Rovers to a 4-0 victory.
Riversider Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 Wouldn't be surprised to see some of our Global Advisor's summer signings involved in this one..
sharpysharps Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 Almost impossible to predict the team for this one, however I have a feeling that both Murphy and Dunn will start Kean Henley Dann Hanley Olsson Kazim Murphy Rosado Dunn Rochina Rhodes Don't ask me where I think everyone will play in the midfield because I haven't a clue, but I just reckon that is the starting 11.
roverandout Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 why are we even talking about this keaning game? its irrelevant,
G Somerset Rover Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 Has there ever been a bigger banker of a result in the history of football? Reserve man Bowyer and Braveheart Hendry (slurp) taking the reigns. God fooking help us. Barnsley will smash a minimum of 3 past us.
the original david brent Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 Got a bus going from Darwen via holmfirth. At one point there were 40 odd going. In the last couple of days 'illness' coincidentally has reduced numbers and we are now at early 30s. I dread to think how this sick bug will affect numbers if Comical Ali is appointed today as singhs sidekick!
Duffy Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 At best a 1-1 draw, though have a feeling this will be a loss, maybe 2-1 to Barnsley.
Mercer Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 Barnsley must be rubbnig their hands with glee. If they get an early goal, could be a rout.
rovers11 Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 Nuno Gomes back for tomorrow. Massive boost.

Some good memory's of Barnsley away, took some massive followings late 80's, Duncan Shearers goal in the promotion season and altercations with the locals, all good fun when we were a proper club. Can see nothing other than a loss on this occasion, oh how the mighty have fallen.
Ossydave Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 I'm looking forward to it NOTHING to do with footballing reasons though I just think it will be a good day out

I am possibly the eternal optimist - but I think we will win this one and convincingly - mainly because football is like that. On the whole Berg wasn't too far away - and but for a bit of luck and better finishing would have got far better results - slight changes to personnel will make all the difference - Rhodes hat trick :-)

And A.S.A.P.
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted December 28, 2012 Moderation Lead Posted December 28, 2012 Just got my coach tickets to this, buying a match ticket on the gate. God help me.
majorstyre Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 A proper tonking ...... Can't see it being anything other with the circus of the last two days Shebbys blue & white army ... My arse !!!'
Glenn Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 So, who else is up for a beer? Incognito in town or in colours in the Metrodome ?
riverside returns Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 Looking forward to the day out and after the last 4 years, only expecting the footy to ruin a good trip. Holmfirth here we come.
broadsword Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 "If that means a brilliant performance and a good win, I'll take it. If it means a crap performance and a good result, I'll take that as well. Can't believe I just read this on the official site. Who writes this stuff? A total @#/? amateurish shambles from top to bottom.
blueboy3333 Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 I don't want to go to Barnsley, as Elvis Costello very nearly sang.
Glenn Posted December 28, 2012 Posted December 28, 2012 That just reminded me of this T-Shirt we did when we got relegated. http://brfcs.spreadshirt.co.uk/men-s-classic-t-shirt-A20993426
