Would be typical of Rovers to go out and win today.

Let's hope so, Jim. For once I'm confident.

Radio Lancs report Givet, Etuhu, Dunn and MGP have been left at home. Nuno Gomes is fit, however.

Very interesting. So Vukcevic back in the starting line up, along with Rochina...

Bet that raises a few eyebrows!

Yes, but they must be playing him out wide if the two non contributors in Murphy and Lowe are out there on the pitch.

Rovers: Kean, Henley, Dann, Hanley, Olsson, Murphy, Lowe, Vukcevic, King, Rochina, Rhodes

Subs: Usai, Henrique, M.Olsson, Nuno Gomes, Morris, Rosado, Kazim-Richards.

So cryer gets the Portuguese story wrong, surprise surprise.

+1 Chaddy, with the exception of Hanley and King that's probably our strongest lineup at the minute, at least for attacking creativity. Defense-wise we've always been @#/?!

Hopefully Murphy will be used to spread play forwards with Lowe mopping up in front of the defense...

Why are they wasting two substitute places in having Markus Olsson and Josh Morris there, they could pull someone from the stands to have the same impact.
