Amo Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 It's exactly that: an info dump produced after your system has crashed. It contains a record of what went tits up and can be sent to Microsoft for debugging.
cn174 Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 When your computer restarts it should pop up saying it has recovered from a serious error and do you want to send the file to be debugged. Do a quick virus check on your computer as sometimes they can cause them to happen. I have found though that if it starts doing it regularly it often tends to be a hardware problem.
