Lhrover Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 we signed two players while managerless. Who is signing off on these deals? who is deciding we need these players? do we have a manger incoming or is shebby taking control?

Black Burn Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 Apparently Todd Kane was signed by Gary Bowyer, whose reserves played against him or something.
Rover_Shaun Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 With loan signings of kids and no plans to permanently strenghten the team the real question is 'At what point did the club decide to write this season off?' obviously over 3 months later than most fans did
chaddyrovers Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 Bowyer knows Todd Kane from playing against him for Chelsea. Rovers ressies played Chelsea ressies in the Final. Bowyer is very experience in working and developing players from yiung age.
Guest Norbert Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 Is King the other one? Hopefully we won't get any more like Riberio, Anderson or the 40 Portuguese nobodies who appeared (and then disappeared).
CapeTownRover Posted January 9, 2013 Posted January 9, 2013 The good thing about Bowyer, is that he will give the kids a chance. We had Fernandez on the bench in our last match, and from reports, he is quite a good young player. Gary just needs to be careful though, that he doesn't sacrifice results because of having too many inexperienced young players in. Its a good thing to do though, so let's see how it goes.
