i wonder how Rochina would do up top (not in the hole) with Rhodes, I've always fancied him as an out and out striker.

Cant see that. He's best on then ball and moving forward rather than with his back to goal. Also he likes to take too many touches for a striker.

Course if he had a tin of diet spinach or a wholegrain bun everyday it might be all he needs to turn him into a worldie.

They do if he wants to work for the first club again Yoda.

If you paid attention, you'll know Maj is the owner of any program he creates and can share it with whom he likes. The club have no say in that unless they'd prefer not to benefit from his knowledge.

So you can avoid unnecessary attempts to question someone's character. He already answered your 'legal and moral' post, but you either missed it, or deliberately overlooked it so you could make an issue out of nothing. Most certainly an issue that has nothing to do with any of us, nor pertains to this thread.

That was his role at Barca Maji, understudy to Messi :-)

You were the one who questioned majiballs 'coaching' background if I am not mistaken.

According to Andy Cryer it has taken the club by surprise. You would have thought Rovers would have to terminate the loan agreement first.

Any loan can be terminated in the light of a permanent transfer!!

As a matter of clarity, not as a matter of putting him down.

I would like to see that too actually. He looks strong, fabulous touch, good strike on the ball. Could be the catalyst to make him link up with his teammates more rather than hogging the ball in the midfield...

When is Best fit?

Reckon it's more that he's very well balanced, rather than strong. Nonetheless, it's an interesting idea.

Sorry it's off topic, But this is one sad individual.

New rovers first team coach should be appointed today as well

@CryerRovers What's his name?

@tombothegreat you can read that in paper

@CryerRovers I live in Worthing on the south coast. I am not travelling 400 miles to get a newspaper am i? Can you PM me it. I won't repeat.

As much as he can frustrate and throw his toys out the pram I hope he doesn't leave, he has that something about him, when he's in the mood he's fired up for it and has definitely been a help to Rhodes imo! Think Jordan would suffer without him

Not so sure about that I think Rhodes might have had a couple more goals on his tally if he was playing with someone less greedy, remember the penalty for one also shooting when Rhodes was waiting for a tap in. Not sure a player who is up for it on occasion is what we want.

Are you referring to Cryer or the guy asking who the coach may be, Cryer has to put the telegraph first, and the guy is only asking, so why the comment one sad individual.

I reckon he'd score one or two goals certainly more than CKR and if (and it's a big if) he can start to pass at the end Rhodes could thrive. He always runs into trouble, loves running at players so lets have him running at the opponents who hate that the most CB's.

He's composed has a bit of the unexpected but for me just isn't a midfielder and you're right he has a great strike.

Darren Moore is set to appoint Rovers first team coach today. source is the Lancs Telegraph. he has been working with WBA youth sides.

Is that the lad that used to play for them? Huge guy?

That's him.

Seem to remember a few things about his charity work in the community in the past, seems like a good man.

Bloody good player CKR these past couple of games. A real handful for defenders. Personally I suspect his recent return to form is because he's in the shop window but then lifelong experience has made me more than a touch cynical.

Maybe cos the LET is online?

Jamaican international with 3 caps, promoted a lot with WBA and Derby and relegated a lot as well. Currently assistant coach with WBA 18's having a inconsistent season and no experience as a 1st team coach. Good mates with Appleton from their together at WBA.

One needs to know their history when it comes to the likes of the individual in question,

Good point sir, anyway no news on the 3/4 players we are after only two days to go, seems a bit slow.
