Well ard. Whoever threw the snowballs must be proud. I'm sure it will go viral and then we'll be talked to like scum again.

Well I'd like to buy them a pint! 3 Rolls-Royces for 4 Raos, street fenced off, police and security by the dozen. Who do they think they are------Royalty, pop stars, film stars?

Absolutely perfect response to those spoilt brats who are clearly fawned upon at home but hated here.

Contrast all that with jack driving in, greeting the fans who loved him, signing autographs etc.

Like an alien place now.

Aside from the amusing snowball incident, does anybody else think it incredibly odd that they turn up in their flash cars

a) Separately

b ) In an area of the ground full of supporters

No matter what anybody says, they do know that the fans hate them

Do any other football club owners turn up at their (our) ground in this way? Not many if any

This all strikes me as a set up. For what I don't know

In my opinion, all this has done is to turn up the volume of the hatred from the fans towards themselves

It was very strange. When PAFELL mentioned standing outside Ewood to chant, etc I said there's no way Venky's will be stupid enough to arrive anywhere near a group of fans.

More fool me for underestimating Venky's idiocy.

Or is it their cunning? Come out, get filmed being "abused", everybody goes "awww... poor Venky's :( " (even some of our own fans!)

Questions from today

Are Rovers footing the expenses for the royal chicken parade and hotel bills etc. ?

If correct why were officers from the met on duty at Rovers today? If they were up with the Charlton supporters why were they guarding the entrance to Ewood?

Why were all (on paper) owners visiting the UK at once?

When did they arrive in the UK?

When are they due to leave the UK?

One could hope that all four are here to sign pre sale contracts obviously with the help of their "advisors", or just here to oversee the plans to launch their branded ready to cook food line? Just curious as I'm sure Ewood would be last on Mrs D's visit list

Great .... A very winnable game could now be lost due to a sideshow. :(
Events on the pitch will dictate the crowd reaction.
IF the Roa's attend ... and it is common knowledge prior to the game then I will remind you of this naive statement you have just made.

As promised Mr Naive.

Excellent stuff by the Snowball Two, best thing since the chicken on the pitch for getting the message across. I sincerely hope that firstly, BRAG did not meet with these people today and, secondly, that they will be throwing their considerable press release writing skills to capitalise on the snowball incident and get maximum publicity for the damage done to our club by these people. And thirdly, organise collections from their 8,000 members to get the Two a good solicitor

Aw come on ES, it was hardly a cauldron of hate inside the ground was it??

The reason we lost today is that the majority of players don't give a sh1te and they're also not very good.

True ... but my point to Mr Naive was that the negativity of the crowd would start regardless of the performance on the pitch. The Darwen End obliged at approximately 3:02.

Was your main point not that the crowd reaction would adversely affect the players?

I hope someone smacks your dad/grandad/mom etc in the face with a snowball and posts it on YouTube...you know what why don't you do it yourself...I promise ill laugh with you :)

Pitiful.

How you consistently strive to defend our pathetic owners is quite simply stunning.

Go on, give me a two paragraph tedious diatribe in response.

You show as much compassion to your fellow Rovers fans as our idiotic owners do to their paying, immensely @#/? off, customers.

Lets not mess about here Imy. They have failed on every single level. They need to go. A For Sale sign needs to go up. They will never succeed at Ewood. Utterly clueless and totally bereft of any semblance of class and taste. Their decision making is nothing short of negligent. i dread to think what passes for successful business people in India (their competitors must be really crap).

In short, they're an utter disgrace.

The Raos should not have been anywhere near Ewood today. Who knows what would have happened if the feel good factor from the previous four games had been carried in to this game. As it was everything about the whole sorry episode was predictable ... to some.

+1

The Raos should not have been anywhere near Ewood ever.

Slight edit for you there ES.

Yeah, the feel good factor from the Wolves game was so immense after all. I think combined with the supporter ecstacy over Appleton being appointed it definitely would have lifted the players from 'pitiful' to 'below average'.

We still probably would have lost, but nonetheless... we all know all we really need to win games is for the fans to get behind the players.

We used to have snowball fights with the college students as they walked past my school, it was all good fun until one of them wrapped his snowball round his chips and curry he had left from his dinner and smashed it in my mate truckers mush........

There was no sympathy for poor old trucker as he led there tea bagged with a face full of Chinese yellow goo.....I bet he's still traumatised......dangerous thing is snow!

I really could not give two tenths of a toss what anyone else thinks. If it makes the shytes get the hell of out of our club faster then superb.

I just wish it was a bag full of dog shyte that hit the bitch instead of her husband!

The thing is, the feelgood factor, such as it was, existed because Bowyer and Mc Phillips were working for the good if the club, wearing their hearts on their sleeves with, seemingly, no hidden agendas.

This was blown away by an underwhelming, nothing appointment of a rookie manager with a similar win percentage as Kean.

Yes Bob, but imagine what kind of job these shysters will do when and if they sell. If the trust don't give a shiit, this lot will sell us right down the river..better the devil you know?

Once the parachute payments dry up, they'll have no choice. Because let's face it we're never getting promoted under these loons. Why prolong the inevitable?
