Stuart Posted February 17, 2013 Author Posted February 17, 2013 Mods/admin. Is there any way of completely removing ignored posts rather than having to see this... #beyondajoke #spampostingsucks (with apologies to mhead)
Kelbo Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Listen, if you have been involved in football, two steps away from Wembley, be very careful what you wish for, its anybodys game, 11 v 11 and its what happens on the day, of course, Man U etc will be favourites and dangerous, yet so were Arsenal, its what happens on the day, anything can happen if a team apply themselves properly, be it Barnsley, Oldham or Huddersfield, take it from me, it will be tough, we do what we do and hope its enough, every side at this stage of the competition has a chance and its how each side perform on the day. We have Hull in the league on Tuesday, we cant take the Arsenal result with us, only the confidence gained from it, we go again and see where it takes us, my hope is that we havent 'burned out' after the Arsenal game!!
Stuart Posted February 17, 2013 Author Posted February 17, 2013 Agreed Kelbo. I still don't want Chelsea away but it's anyone's at this stage. The reason we did so well against Arsenal was because there was no pressure - massive underdogs and nothing to lose. The pressure in the next round will come from being one step from Wembley. For that reason maybe getting a home game against City or United would take the pressure off again. But then maybe a tie against someone we have an even chance against would make for an exciting build-up and maybe a bounce at Ewood. Hey ho, we'll find out in a couple of hours. Just hope for a home tie.

Clitherover Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 I'd like Wigan at home, would love to put them out of the cup after how arsey their fans were when they sent us down last season. Reckon we can beat them as well.
Wing Wizard Windy Miller Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Ideally Man City draw Chelsea as it;s both sides' only chance of silverware. Home draw against any of the other sides would be good (I know Man u are in there but they may rest players etc).
Amo Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Can't believe that rat Ashley Cole had to resort to playacting against BRENTFORD of all teams. Just proves what a complete cretin he is.
philipl Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Wigan into the draw for certain. Just added a 3rd against a very poor looking Huddersfield.
Backroom Tom Posted February 17, 2013 Backroom Posted February 17, 2013 Wigan at home would be nice Expect City away
Stuart Posted February 17, 2013 Author Posted February 17, 2013 Itv1 in the next few minutes... Why am I nervous?
Salgado Is A Hero Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Chelsea away is my prediction. Just realised I had paused my Sky+.
Ewoodbhappy Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Not the worst draw. We have a good chance
