RibbleValleyRover Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 No game is easy at this stage of the competition, but that was almost the best draw possible (if we had been at home that would have been perfect). Real chance of getting into the semi-finals.

Ricky Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 I'd take that, rather have been at home but our away form has been pretty good this season.
Backroom Tom Posted February 17, 2013 Backroom Posted February 17, 2013 Gutted its away but one of the kinder away draws Would feel more confident against Wigan mind
Stuart Posted February 17, 2013 Author Posted February 17, 2013 It will be 6 v 3 4 v 5 7 v 1 and 8 v 2 You got Rovers spot on.
m1st Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Millwall v Rovers Well, people who'd planned to go to the League game there that weekend will be okay - no need to change any arrangements!
Baz Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Happy with that, very realistic chance of semifinals.
Mike Graham Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Another new ground for me, looking forward to this one....will be practising my cockney slang. "Score a goal" = "Jordan Rhodes"
Backroom Tom Posted February 17, 2013 Backroom Posted February 17, 2013 If we are happy Millwall will be ecstatic, just one of those draws when both teams will feel this is the best chance they will get in a long long time United or Chelsea out by the semi final stage as well meaning only 2 of the big boys will be left with the other team likely to be Everton or Wigan

Real chance of getting into the semi-finals.That could have been a post on a Millwall board.(Before your edit).
Salgado Is A Hero Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Happy with that. I just wanted to avoid City, Utd, Chelsea and Everton so I can't complain. Our away form hasn't been bad, only Palace, Boro and Blackpool have beaten us on the road.....and Millwall have lost 6 at home. They've lost 4 on the bounce in the league as well. It's the cup so it's even more unpredictable than the league but I'd fancy our chances of getting to another semi.
Gally Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 To those of us foolish enough to book hotels/trains for this game weeks back without realising it was an FA cup weekend, this is the draw of the century.
RibbleValleyRover Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 That could have been a post on a Millwall board. (Before your edit). I think both teams should be happy with that draw.
yoda Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 I think both teams should be happy with that draw. we are more "appy"
TurkishDelightFan Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 So if I were to book tickets for this game, what train station do I select as away support have their own train right? Also any ideas wether it would be a saturday or sunday?
Tyrone Shoelaces Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 If we've got to be drawn away that's probably the best draw we could have had. It's definitely winnable and our away form is pretty good.
Stuart Posted February 17, 2013 Author Posted February 17, 2013 To those of us foolish enough to book hotels/trains for this game weeks back without realising it was an FA cup weekend, this is the draw of the century. Pleased you're pleased!
mhead Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Probably the saturday and just book a weekend in London. Millwall is just below Canary Wharf but not the best area for non-Dockers(put carefully) See you there TurkishDelight.
Mike Graham Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 So if I were to book tickets for this game, what train station do I select as away support have their own train right? Also any ideas wether it would be a saturday or sunday? London Bridge to South Bermondsey by rail. There is a separate walkway for away fans to the North Stand. If there are plenty of away fans travelling then the police arrange a special away fans special service from London Bridge.
jim mk2 Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Millwall fans ....lovely prospect being spat on for 90 minutes.
Mike Graham Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Millwall fans ....lovely prospect being spat on for 90 minutes. They must have Keaning big mouths to get their spittle to the top tier of the North Stand.
philipl Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Presumably we will get all the North Stand. Can make a lot of noise in there.
