My enthusiasm's certainly been re-kindled by the way 'Appy's getting results for us. As much as anything, it's the transformation in the defensive tactics - only 2 goals [both penalties] conceded in the last 6 games, in the the re-balancing of the squad and in the manager's extremely straight-talking attitude.

Long may it continue.

Despite the downturn in our fortunes I still feel better than when kean was here. He was so awful as a manager and a man that even losing abysmally as we did on Saturday doesn't quite make me as depressed as knowing that whatever happened his stupid grin would be there in every press conference telling us he'd take the positives

Unfortunately Kean's stench still permeates in the form of Murphy and Orr skulking around the pitch each match. Hopefully something Appleton is soon to put right.
