Muddboy Posted July 25, 2013 Posted July 25, 2013 Big love in for Bradley Orr at the start of the interview. Again. He really does love the Scouse jailbird. Doesn't do himself any favours by defending his mate's comments about Kean.

old darwen blue Posted July 25, 2013 Posted July 25, 2013 Not joking he was a mard arse . Someone asked his fav biccy and he went barmy. My question was tongue in cheek and he went off on one. Go on then pal, what was your question?
ABBEY Posted July 25, 2013 Posted July 25, 2013 He said earlier about us getting promoted ..I asked if he had been in Postal Order before going to the studio and added a smiley face. Tongue in cheek and he went off on one ha.
darrenrover Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 Quite possible ha . Lots of enthusiasm then about the start of the new season! I can never recall such apathy amongst supporters. Only 2 weeks to go. We really have had the stuffing knocked out of all of us which is such a shame! Am I alone in my thoughts?
ABBEY Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 Nope, I've never not wanted a season to start ever before. The venkys must be well proud of what they have done.

Still got a rookie manager and still seeing rank average players coming in. Hardly the stuff of dreams
darrenrover Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 Last two seasons have been shambolic. Still got a rookie manager and still seeing rank average players coming in. Hardly the stuff of dreams Being philosophical, we've lived the dream. Diabolical how we've been raped and pillaged and 25 years progress undone to find ourselves back in a late seventies time warp. Moan and complain as we will, I'll still be there as will many others. When all said and done Abbey, so will you. As whatever, it's certainly better than traipsing round Asda or Primarck on a Saturday afternoon and staring in Dixons window looking for score updates!
Rover_Shaun Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 it's certainly better than traipsing round Asda or Primarck on a Saturday afternoon and staring in Dixons window looking for score updates! Some amazining views to be had from the top of those Lakeland fells as well as plenty of solitude if you know where to look. And there's teletext when you get home for the results

And there's teletext when you get home for the results Teletext? The transition is complete. We have officially landed back in a 70's and 80's time warp. Incredible
mhead Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 Blue and White Army sounds like Wainwright! He used to travel on the train every Saturday down for the match. And we weren't in the Premier.

tomphil Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 Didn't listen to the interview but just seen that Dunns sticking up for Orr. No secret that they are pals and Orr is a bit of a dressing room joker which may be good for morale, fair enough. However the guy has done nothing on the pitch to earn himself a slot especialy with Todd Kane being here. When young Henley stepped in before injury last season he was better than Orr if for no other reason at least he had pace. Then comes Kane who's raw but offers more than Orr. I hope Dunn has no sway in the dressing room as anyone can see there are better options than his mate but with his new contract in the bag Tyrone is now preaching jobs for the boys. Shut it Dunny, only open your gob for the Stella !!
Rover_Shaun Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 And without doubt there will be some amazing views down at Ewood on match days, I know where i would rather be. I suppose if you can appreciate the oppisition
EgyptianPete Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 I suppose if you can appreciate the oppisition And you are ---- a rovers fan ----- yes
Rover_Shaun Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 Yes. But even a Rovers fan can be realistic and admit that the opposition have largely been superior at Ewood and responsible for any of the, what you call nice views, for the last 3 seasons. I've seen nothing yet to make me think that will change dramatically.

T.J.Newton Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 If he was a good irreplaceable and likeable player then id give him another shot, but he isn't, he's and adequate right backon the wrong side of 30 and an absolute tit, so stuff him, he burnt the bridges not us.
ABBEY Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 Never mind, keep taking the doom and gloom tabs eh. So everything's hunky dory and you want a VENKYSCUM love fest.. You will need feathered Viagra to get a semi on .
