Call me old fashioned but isn't a 'Sack The Board' campaign the next obvious step?

"X Manager Out" is pointless.

"Venkys Out" doesn't reach Pune - and even if it does, they aren't listening.

Time for a chorus aimed at our silent, line-toeing, head-down board of directors?

For all the good this have done this lot may as well go too?

If I was feeling benevolent, I'd possibly spare Karen Silk, it can't be easy getting to sleep at nights given our finances.

I'd love to know what the likes of Shebby and Agnew actually do on a day to day basis (for shebby I imagine its: pay lip service to whoever he speaks to then slag them off once they leave, rinse repeat)

Nice topic Stuart, Agree Karen Silk seems to be doing her job,others just need to be let go the fact that they haven't resigned out of disgust shows they have no place on the board , as for the other self serving snakes In order of beheading Agnew, Singh, Shaw, Silent Bob, . Someone phone round a few local junior football clubs and we can get that sorted. Most of them are volunteers - we can save a fortune.

Good Friday - Rovers v Blackpool this surely has to be a day when we are all ready & willing to give a big F - OFF to Venkys. They have and continue to shi#t on any ounce of respect for the History of Blackburn Rovers. I'll be taking in a banner. I will hopefully enjoy a result. If any dare say it would distract the players GET A GRIP!

I could'nt agree more....What have any of them done for the benefit of the football club? It seems the majority of them have sat there like dummies and the other half have been squabbling for their own personal gain to climb up the ranks.

I would be absolutely furious if I paid any of these people to make the decisions they have, Shaw, Agnew and Shebby have all had their man in the managers hotseat and failed and should not be given another chance.

At least let's put them under pressure and not let them blame each other and try to be held blameless. Why should they be allowed to carry on just because their successors MIGHT be worse? That kind of attitude is what stopped folk uniting against Kean and Venkys.

Venky's are doomed to repeat themselves, Stu. They're not interested in surrounding themselves with the right people. You saw what happened when men like John Williams, Tom Finn & Paul Hunt tried to point them in the right direction: they were disposed of for not towing the party line. Those were the sort of people Venky's should have been paying heed to, but like all ineffective leaders they decided to elect flatterers and toadies who are prepared to bow and scrape for the poultry Maharani and her brothers, whilst the local proletariat & the club's legacy are the ones to suffer. There's really no changing these people. The penny hasn't dropped for two years, what hope is there now? As they have hired one incompetent manager after another, any successful attempt to oust Agnew/Shaw/Shebby etc. will no doubt see them replaced by another bunch of nodding dogs without a clue or a care.

In my opinion, Venkys go with flash partiers (B.Rao) or smooth talking BSers (Desai).

They need to clear the board out, call John Williams, apologize and correct course.

Board members have a duty to work in the best interests of the club and the non-execs have a duty to challenge the execs on decisions taken on the direction the club is going. Some of our directors do have experience of how a club should be run so what the hell have they been doing these last couple of years if not showing a complete dereliction of their duty as board members.

Sack them all I say and they should be investigated for not doing their jobs properly.
