We have the original transcript which the article refers to re the contract not being authorised which dates back to the beginning of March .

Going to check our legal position tomorrow about putting them on our website

@#/? aye, what a right @#/? mess. Un @#/? believable.

Just the most clear unrefutable exposition of what happens when you try ot remotely manage something you don't understand. Fingers are getting burned here ... organised chaos isn't the right term. It's disorganised chaos. Saying one thing, then swearing blind in the next breath that it's the opposite. Well, that's Indians for you. Actually, that's women for you as well.

Happy days this should be one down minimum

Take PA down with you will you Derek

The article begs the question as to why Shaw is still in his role and why he has seemingly won the power struggle with Shebby?

Because the club is owned by more than one company?

What do Venky's say when the judge asks "If Derek Shaw authorised all of this behind your backs, why is he still in your employment?" ...

Probably why we have seen the snake Agnew leave his nest recently on a full on life long rovers supporter PR spin, distancing himself from his buffer

If you follow that logic, what is going on begins to make sense.

I'd perhaps take it one step further, the club has two owners, the continued high agent fees is just a way of filtering money out of the club. Venkys being naive is just a cunning ruse, giving cover for a plan that they are very much in on.

Oh dear, what a mess we are off the pitch. Seems as though ol' Shaw definitely is in a spot of bother with 'Madame' too. Proof that Aggers released that PR without the owners backing.

Shambolic doesn't even do it justice. The only consolation is that they are proving to anyone & everyone what we've been saying for long enough, they are CLUELESS MORONS. Its a wonder they even manage to get out of bed in the morning.

I agree they are clueless in terms of running a football club well but perhaps they are all pursuing different agendas to ours?

Shebby answers to Venkys.

Shaggers answer to he who can't be named.

He who can't be named must surely have some stake in the club. And it goes much further than a few agents fees IMO.

It is all getting pretty obvious isn't it?

It's certainly the one theory that seems to fit the the utterly bizarre range of facts laid out before us.

just read the Independant story, and my God, what a bunch of complete and utter nobwits. The penultimate paragraph was the icing on the cake. Who the hell were their new solicitors? Spongebob and Patrick?

Very appropriate first quote in your sig Glenn, never noticed that before :)

A point to note , an advancement on next years paracute payments was requested to pay this Berg contract compensation .

This would point IMO to the well is dry , the accountants are certainly now looking at the clubs assets to debt ratio , whilst also looking over the books at other payments which have been paid out over the last 12 months which could be suspect .

A full internal investigation into payments , contracts is firmly underway and this could rumble on into the summer .

In the mean time we have toys being thrown which could halt much needed operating money appearing from India

If the above theory is correct the F.A. and EPL defo have something to investigate. As Bryan says, the ants nest is getting restless!
