2 years + on and not the slightest shred of evidence to support any of the conspiracy theories has come to light. As regards the accusation Shaw working for someone else etc, is there the slightest scrap of evidence that he knows, has ever met or ever even spoken to the usual suspects?

Hunt obviously couldn't get a good discount on shelves, it's a crucial skill in running a football club.

I refuse to believe that the decisions they have made are purely down to incompetence.

If they were trying their best for the club they would have made some good decisions, even if purely by chance.

Instead, every decision has been counter-intuitive and not made for the good of the club.

- Why couldn't John Williams work with them?

- Why was Kean given a massive new contract when we were bottom of the league?

- Why was Hunt sacked, yet Shaw/Agnew survive?

- Why are our agents' costs since Venkys joined up as high as Man Utd/Liverpool etc

I really had high hopes that at long last something would happen after Glen Mullan's recent post about a Sunday rag exposing all the wrong doings since the Indians came to town. That hope has now all but gone for me as we are a week into the close season and it doesn't appear that anything that will expose the alleged misdemeanours will be coming out. This is not the first time that I have had my hopes raised though but every time we have been told that a big story is about to break it doesn't. That is not a criticism of the people involved but there also has to be an understanding from them of the frustrations we all have. Add to this the fact that the Football League cannot help, The Premier League don't want to know and the FA are dragging their heels and basically paying us lip service.

It feels to me that nothing is going to happen and the demise of of our club will continue. I desperately hope I am wrong.

Venkys thought they would have could have a club for 20 million, have a star player like Ronaldinho for 10 million and become a top 5 side with Kentaro players and the young players at the club. It sounds like the thoughts of someone who doesn't know about football. Because it is. Who encouraged this thinking is the question and why? If Venkys lent on Kentaro too much then it opens up a vacuum of decision making to which others can and have profited.

Venkys independently have made very few decisions regarding Rovers, if any. They still own the club but does that mean they are in control?

In Pune, they were completely at liberty to go through the processes of a full disciplinary hearing

So either, what was stated in Court and in Mrs D's personal letters have been disproved in the hearing, or Mrs D genuinely is unable to fire Shaw for other reasons.

If the hearing has disproved the Rovers' stance in Court, what for kean's sake is the reality???? Is anybody telling me that there are circumstances in which the Chairman of a significant publicly quoted company would, with the support and advice of a top London firm of solicitors and a QC deliberately fabricate a set of evidence that she is a blithering idiot for all the world's press to broadcast?

Hunt was a strange one. He was nowhere near qualified for the job if you look at his previous posts which were all commercial, nothing to do with running a club.

I think he was the owners' man and a cheap man on the ground to act as CEO whilst decisions were really made in the background, he was just steam-rollered by Kean and his associates having much better communication and control over Mrs Desai at the time.

It seemed like he snapped and tried to reveal all publically, however as soon as it was known he wanted to sack Kean, he was out on his bike with a nice NDA settlement in his pocket.

All this is just ridiculous - not aiming this at you Aggy. All we get when someone asks for the slightest, tiniest shred of evidence that Venky's don't own the club, are cryptic comments and questions. Why this, why that. This has been levied at Venky's for two years or more, yet nothing I've read, or seen, offers even the slightest proof.
