arbitro Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 Hopefully Glen's information about the latest expose will prompt the Indians to admit defeat and sell up. I really feel that the end is nigh but where will we left as a football club. If this happens it is imperative that we are still a Championship club and we could hopefully kick on from there. All the fans really need to stick together now and do as much as we can to help make this happen. The next two games are huge, possibly the biggest back to back games we have had in our recent history. It's not about how much players are earning, their ego's, or anything else. The very nature of football means that some of these will move on anyway. It really is about Blackburn Rovers staying in the Championship. So it's simple really, let's all try and do our bit, stay positive and do what we can to ensure we stay in the Championship. And a big thanks to Glen and everyone who has given time and effort to the cause. Let's hope that it has been worthwhile.
Athlete Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 We just have to hope one points towards illegal activity and proof the owners knew Whether it would also incur points deductions and the like for us is another matter but most would accept that I do worry that it's possible the rot is so deep set that the authorities would sooner us go bust so they don't have to delve into it that is a good point it maybe too sensitive and embarasing for the FA , etc....
Stuart Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 I do worry that it's possible the rot is so deep set that the authorities would sooner us go bust so they don't have to delve into it That's my worry too, Tom.
Ewoodbhappy Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 Anderson and Kean stories , and how they monopolised a 137 year institution will be hitting the broad sheets , I can 100% promise that. How it was done , who was involved , what the motive was and who profited, and why they have been protected in a major cover up That's the meat on the bones we've been waiting for.
philipl Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 So we have a war in which a whole load of proxies kick the whatsits out of another load of proxies and folks who had nothing to do with Rovers at the time of something that never happened weren't up to something secret which might mean we will never know nothing.

chaddyrovers Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 Agnew has told the LT that it WAS his suggest that Bowyer went with Shaw and Agnew to go to India to meet the owners.
Wiggy Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 Agnew has told the LT that it WAS his suggest that Bowyer went with Shaw and Agnew to go to India to meet the owners. Well that confirms that Agnew is a first rate t@sser with only his own selfish interests at heart. How has a low life such as this been put in such an influential position at Blackburn Rovers?
Kamy100 Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 Agnew also says in the LT article that he and Shaw had 2 meetings with the owners, Shebby wasn't present in these meetings. What the hell. You'd have thought that they would want to get them into a room and sort out their differences, but instead the infighting will continue. I think that we are back to a Kean type situation, with Mrs D backing Shagnew and Bala backing Shebby.

G Somerset Rover Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 Agnew confirming that he dragged Bowyer to Pune tells us all we need to know for now. Agnew needs to be number 1 out of the door. Dragging Bowyer away from duty when we have the two biggest matches in recent history over the coming few days. He MUST want us to go down. Focus from the fans should be on getting this moron out. He's had it on easy street.

McClarky Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 Hope this doesn't fizzle out as it's done so many times before due to legalities etc. If it's going to come out soon there will probably be a counter attack from Agnew, Anderson etc to get their side of things in first.
Amo Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 Agnew... Shaw... Shebby... They're all products of Venky's ineptitude. The focus should be on removing the owners. Too much water under the bridge to turn things around.
Rover_Shaun Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 Remarkably there are some people who think nothing is wrong. The same people also have the unfathomable belief that the Mail story is all a made up to smear the club/owners just because the club declined to comment. Beggars Belief. It really does
John Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 Agnew is more clever than you think, knows how to play the owners.

Too much water under the bridge to turn things around. I totally agree, but if one has to be removed immediately then that twonk Agnew has to go. How he's been immune from a public flogging is beyond me. I have visions of him laughing his t!ts off at home sipping cognac while watching us all vent our fury at Shebby & co.

Why would she back Shagnew when the Mail article states that she holds Shaw responsible for the Berg situation? 100% agree. Self interest above all others. Self and Shelf interest is killing us nonda
McClarky Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 It's like Venkys are playing Shagnew and Shebby off against each other in some kind of weird game. Why would they do that?
forumquizmaster Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 Self and Shelf interest is killing us nonda Brilliant lol!!!
thenonda Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 Why would she back Shagnew when the Mail article states that she holds Shaw responsible for the Berg situation? bypass06 Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 Agnew in plea for calm at Blackburn Rovershttp://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/football/blackburn_rovers/news/10348188.Agnew_in_plea_for_calm_at_Blackburn_Rovers/
Backroom Tom Posted April 11, 2013 Backroom Posted April 11, 2013 Why would she back Shagnew when the Mail article states that she holds Shaw responsible for the Berg situation? Self and Shelf interest is killing us nonda Most likely that Agnew will throw his mate under the rickshaw to save himself Shaw seems the most disposable so he will be out first but then it doesn't do anythig to solve the issue Quite why Agnew thought it was beneficial to the club to take Bowyer out of equation if baffling to be kind bordering on something much worse
