At least Bowyer won't be tempted to play Best again this season. Probably not his fault cos of his injury but he has been totally useless in every game he's played and now this.....

Owners are not responsible for a crap performance of players. Players control how well they play themselves. Indirectly they affect performance through managers etc. though.

Have to say I was so busy criticising the Murphy and Etuhu signings in the summer it seemed churlish to add that what I had seen of Best indicated he was a monstrous waste of money also.

To be fair the first three goals were all very good moves from Watford I'm not sure we could have done much to prevent them from a defensive point of view. They have a lot of quality players in their side namely those on loan from Udinese.

The only positive from today is that we can't select Best for the remaining games. He and Rhodes simply can not play together, neither of them come close to creating chanes for others. Contrast that to Forestieri getting a hat trick of assists today.
