Lathund Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 We need a point out of this game. The other scores are not in our favour at the moment. I'm almost certain that even if we lose today we will be safe once the P'boro-Wednesday game finishes. Really, every single game will have to go against us today in order for that not to happen.

broadsword Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 if it stays like this the lap of honour should be an absolute hoot.
cesus Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 (edited) How many times have we gone behind at home this season, really does feel like more often than not! This season can't end soon enough, not that I think next season will be any better just get abit of respite! Edited April 27, 2013 by cesus

The Rover of Finland Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 I dont think we will be relegated, even losing this. That´s correct. This must have been longest season ever. At first it looked that points keep coming even by awful performances. Now we are happy to be almost renewed the league status.
G Somerset Rover Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 (edited) if it stays like this the lap of honour should be an absolute hoot. Can't thank these boys enough can we? Absolute heroes led by example in Murphy and Orr. Edited April 27, 2013 by Somerset Rover!
Backroom DE. Posted April 27, 2013 Backroom Posted April 27, 2013 Jordan Rhodes, who else? Making the haters eat their words as usual.
G Somerset Rover Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Haha and just as I say that Rhodes equalises! Can he do the lap of honour on his own?
Proudtobeblue&white Posted April 27, 2013 Author Posted April 27, 2013 We were good value first 20, palace scored with 1st attack, then took game to us. Another fantastic lobbed finish from Jordan
Gav Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Haha and just as I say that Rhodes equalises! Can he do the lap of honour on his own? The man had almost singlehandedly kept us in the league, he deserves a knighthood!
Wing Wizard Windy Miller Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 The man had almost singlehandedly kept us in the league, he deserves a knighthood! One more and I think he'll be level with Murray as championship top scorer ...
BillC Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 The man had almost singlehandedly kept us in the league, he deserves a knighthood! Not yet he hasn't
Al Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Nuno Gomes subbed by Pedersen. Was he injured or was it tactical? How did he play?
Proudtobeblue&white Posted April 27, 2013 Author Posted April 27, 2013 Morris felled in box, looked like pen - worlds oldest referee shakes head slowly - two good attacks by us - palace hit bar Gomez did little - Peds looks lively shock!
Oklahoma Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 that win at millwall was crucial you do realise we are losing? Exactly. Supporting a team that is winning is easy! It's when we are losing that the team needs support.
Proudtobeblue&white Posted April 27, 2013 Author Posted April 27, 2013 Good rovers pressure at present - Peds has made a difference
otto man Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Exactly. Supporting a team that is winning is easy! It's when we are losing that the team needs support. Careful now! You'll be accused of happy clapping next. tsk tsk....Fancy actually supporting your own team! Whatever next? The madness of it all!
blue_n_white99 Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Wolves are in the poo, 2-0 down to the dingles
Fife Rover Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 (edited) Burnley 2 up and cruising according to SSN. Ipswich now 3 up. We need another goal (or two even) EDIT: Burnley had a player sent off. Edited April 27, 2013 by Fife Rover
Backroom Mike E Posted April 27, 2013 Backroom Posted April 27, 2013 Derby equalise and Burnley have a red card. Other teams beginning to do us favours?
Paul Mellelieu Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 A point's enough. Huddersfield play Barnsley next week.
moerpho Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 (edited) As much as I hate to say it all we really need is for Bumley to hang on and win against Wolves and Peterborough to draw or lose to Sheff Wed tonight and we are safe even if we should lose this one. Would take something really really special to see us relegated now. Thus my interest is at its lowest point ever in my time of being a supporter.... Edited April 27, 2013 by moerpho
Lathund Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Burnley 2 up and cruising according to SSN. Ipswich now 3 up. We need another goal (or two even) No we don't. Not for survival anyway. As thing stand now, we're safe. Even if we lose our last game and P'Boro win both their remaining games, and Barnsley win their last game by enough to make up for our +8 GD against them, we're still safe. Why? Because Barnsleys last game is against Huddersfield. Who we're ahead of. I mean I'd obviously like us to get a goal or two to make sure, but right now we're safe.
