RibbleValleyRover Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Safe. Now get an experienced manager in and provide funds Venky's.
Devon Rover Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Another good result. I think that is us safe? Now for the summer..... I hope we get to start next season in the Championship rather than demotions.
Gav Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Safe. Now get an experienced manager in and provide funds Venky's. Look a flying pig!
moerpho Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Full time - Rovers are safe to fight relegation another year under the unsteady "leadership" of Venkys(or.....), Si(n)gh etc..... Wolves are looking like they are going down.
pick32 Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 By the sounds of it we were hard done by with just a point, bowyer had worked miracles.
Proudtobeblue&white Posted April 27, 2013 Author Posted April 27, 2013 Couldn't post as too much traffic - played really well 2nd half, best for a while - unlucky not to win - slow wander round the pitch by the players
miqaayil Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 guys i'm sorry but this just reminds me of the 10/11 season where we escaped with PL status .....and relegated 11/12 ....barely survive in npower in 12/13 ....pray history does nor repeat in 13/14....
jim mk2 Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 guys i'm sorry but this just reminds me of the 10/11 season where we escaped with PL status .....and relegated 11/12 ....barely survive in npower in 12/13 ....pray history does nor repeat in 13/14.... .......and will happen too unless there are big changes. Squad and management need an overhaul and significant sum of money spent.
rovers11 Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Officially safe. Massive relief. Wolves are pretty much down. Bolton probably in play offs. Strange old season.
moerpho Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 If Peterborough should lose to Sheff Wed tonight it will make for an interesting fixture between Huddersfield and Barnsley in the final round as a draw will suit both just fine and send Peterborough and Wolves down. We've been complaining all season (and with good reason!) but must say I feel for the Wolves-supporters right now. Anyone know how their financial situation is?
joey_big_nose Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Give Bowyer the perm job so Venkys can focus on selling up and fooking off. if they do stay, god i hope not, then they need to sack shagnew and shabby, find a good football MD and allow him to build a management team.
Guest Norbert Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Apparently Wolves had a pitch invaision with angry fans throwing things at the the director's box including a shoe. We'd have a few trying to do that, but many more berating those chanting Venky's Out if we were in their position. Disappointed Barnet were relegated out of the league too, but that is because it's my home town.
tommm Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Yea we're safe, 100% guaranteed. Actually, if Barnsley beat Huddersfield 1-0, Sheff Weds, Millwall and Peterborough all overtake us and we lose our last game by 15 goals, we'll go down.

Not good ! spent a lot of money on stadium, could have stayed in prem if bought a few better defenders according to Wolves fans.

Guest Norbert Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Probably a bit of tutting and a frown, but they won't be called scum by a drink driving drug addict.

broadsword Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Imagine having to ask for your shoe back. Maybe it was an arabic Wolves' supporter?
Guest Norbert Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 I was thinking it was 'an Arab thing' when the BBC commentator mentioned it. It sounded like quite a few ran onto the pitch as well.
