martonrover Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 I will listen but it's an absolute joke. Shebby's taking his communication brief too far this time. Completely inappropriate.

Some chance PB?...with these lunatics in charge of our club ANYTHING is possible! He'll have to move to another club for that happen. Really GAV?..see above.
watford-rover Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 Some chance PB?...with these lunatics in charge of our club ANYTHING is possible! Really GAV?..see above. i think he means the premier league bit

Rover_Shaun Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 If it wasn't for BRFCS and the 'wierd circus' factor I would have lost interest months ago.
martonrover Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 If it wasn't for BRFCS and the 'wierd circus' factor I would have lost interest months ago. But, not surprisingly, thousands have lost interest. If the rumour about Shebby summarising turns out to be true, it proves he leaves no stone unturned in seeking new ways of making the club a mockery.
martonrover Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 Confirmed by Radio Lancs, Shebby summarising. Oh dear.
Ricky Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 On theory he should be good at it. It's what he did before he came to us, however I can't help but think he'll end up saying something inappropriate again. He really is an absolute joke, just a shame a few just can't seem to see it.

Clear conflict of interest. No matter how good Shebby is at summarising, if things go badly he will be in an impossible position having to criticize his own players on the radio. I can't believe this will have ever happened before where the guy who's effectively chairman of a club has commentated on them. Mad.
Roverall Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 It should certainly makes things interesting... I struggle to see the benefit to Blackburn Rovers though.
Backroom Tom Posted December 26, 2012 Backroom Posted December 26, 2012 There's no benefit it's just another episode of the Shebby show
Wolves_Rover Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 What is going on? Who has said to Shabby that this is ok? As previous poster said, massive conflict of interest and thoroughly unprofessional business from all involved. The joke continues...
Ossydave Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 Will Mullan be sat on his knee during the game?
RoyRover Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 This is a complete and utter joke and highly unprofessional. So we shouldn't be surprised that Shebby is doing this. How can he be objective? What if the team plays badly? Will he openly criticise players and management? What will this do for team morale? He will surely be quizzed on Berg's future, especially if we are losing. What will he say as he will be sitting there for 90 minutes? This is going to be a total disaster.
Mike Graham Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 Confirmed by Radio Lancs, Shebby summarising. Oh dear.No Radio Lancs for me then if that tool is on.I will follow on this MB instead.....what time is ko please?
ad0102 Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 I bet Agnew and Shaw can't stop rubbing their hands together and slapping each others backs at the thought of SS summarising
Doug Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 I hope the Radio Lancashire presenter asks a few questions during the broadcast. If its Byas(sp), maybe he could check the Q&A broadcast and get some clarification on Paul's (my appologies if it was someone else) challenge regarding the owners statement regarding their financial commitment going forward. Also, he may inadvertently show his hand in relation to his involvement in the first team.
Roost Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 Typical modern day Rovers - as if things weren't bad enough, we now have this clown summarising on his own employers performance. Who the hell is running our PR Department thats daft enough to let this happen.... oh err, yeh. The pinnacle of all things PR - Agnew. Give someone enough rope.....................
John Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 Cringe worthy - regardless of what he says or doesn't say, he shouldn't be doing it.
Alan75 Posted December 26, 2012 Posted December 26, 2012 No Radio Lancs for me then if that tool is on. I will follow on this MB instead.....what time is ko please? 3PM
