Williamson might have a terrific engine. Sadly his chassis is a little fragile at the minute. Given the choice of a technical creative midfielder or a lung busting ground covering box to box type, I'd chose the latter as things stand. Let the wide men do the unpicking of the opposition defences.

If, in some sad sad world, this was real, and he was my agent, he would be sacked immediately. Words can't describe how bad that is.

1. Playing in Brazil currently on a 1 year contract.

2. Played for Arsenal.

3. Spanish nationality.

4. Merida is 23.

5. First name similar to Francesc Fabregas, who also played & captained Arsenal.

Still don't see it happening. The Barry Bannan rumours are gathering pace too so by the end of this week, we'll have Merida, Bannan & Abdulrahman as a midfield 3. Seriously? I don't think so.
