Very good news.

I'll probably be logged in all day, waiting to find out who the midfielder might be. I feel like a kid waiting for the sun to rise on Christmas Day.

Again, Bowyer is doing an excellent job this transfer window.

Confirmed

Cairney is known as a technically gifted player, who's main position is
central midfield, or occasionally on the left of midfield owing to his
left-footed ability. His main strengths are his passing and composure on
the ball, as well as dead balls and an excellent first touch. *from wiki lol

Cairney is a very good player, young, fit, excellent first touch and can take corners and set peices. left footed but very creative... I think he could be a great foil and link up with Rochina pretty well and play along side an energetic lowe quite well... Overlal very pleased with him tbh :) Get him in the team for Sunday!!!

A quick scan of some forums say, one footed with his left. Does have ability, needs to push on. Could go either way - not exactly an inspiring loan move, though will be interesting to see how he fairs against what we have.

GB's last option as Spearing and Bannan didn't go through?

Interesting...

Northern Rover

Sit tight the midfielder I was told about is a permanent deal not a loan so still on the cards in next 24 hours!
