Guest Norbert Posted June 16, 2013 Posted June 16, 2013 Maybe we can build a giant Trebuchet and lob him over there.

BigUts Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 Plus it's from twitter and 99% likely to be bullsh*t. This is funny. http://www.twitlonger.com/show/j322tm Lol! Love it!
blue_n_white99 Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 I quite like how GB has gone about his business so far, no fanfares, no BS, just got on with things, makes a very pleasant change from the last two seasons. And if he runs a solid pre-season as well then it's possible things will improve significantly. Good luck with your preparations and signings Mr Bowyer.
saxo1man30 Posted June 17, 2013 Author Posted June 17, 2013 williamson signed up now. could be an important one that. we now have 2 ball winning options in etutu and williamson, and two more-attacking midfield options in dunn and lowe. would need to be a very decent player we could bring in to improve on that for the level we are at.

MrT Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 Hearts going into admin, I'd take Wilson on a free as cover, he's young and may have something to prove after being released by Liverpool.
saxo1man30 Posted June 17, 2013 Author Posted June 17, 2013 have you seen etuhu and lowe in action? not under a decent manager for a prolonged period i haven`t, no, and neither have you..
T.J.Newton Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 williamson signed up now. could be an important one that. we now have 2 ball winning options in etutu and williamson, and two more-attacking midfield options in dunn and lowe. would need to be a very decent player we could bring in to improve on that for the level we are at. Lowe, 'attacking midfielder', Really? p.s. really? p.p.s. no, really (you do know who he is don't you, you have seen him play, right?)
saxo1man30 Posted June 17, 2013 Author Posted June 17, 2013 Lowe, 'attacking midfielder', Really? p.s. really? p.p.s. no, really (you do know who he is don't you, you have seen him play, right?) i said `more attacking`. he has the ability to break into the box imo.
T.J.Newton Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 Exactly(or at least he hasn't shown it effectively)
saxo1man30 Posted June 18, 2013 Author Posted June 18, 2013 Exactly(or at least he hasn't shown it effectively) at middlesboro away last season(berg`s last game), he did it quite well and was unfortunate not to score.
Backroom Silas Posted June 18, 2013 Backroom Posted June 18, 2013 i said `more attacking`. he has the ability to break into the box imo. Break into a box of tampons to help his missus out on rag week maybe, but that's about it.
Ricky Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 Saxo. This along with 'our first game of the season last season was at Derby' don't do your credibility much good.
chaddyrovers Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 Little rumour doing the rounds that Norwich have agreed a fee with Rovers for Martin Olsson, possibly with James Vaughan coming in the other direction in part-exchange.Nothing official but it's come from an article in Sweden so could be close to home... http://www.fotbollskanalen.se/england/avslojar-martin-olsson-pa-vag-till-premier-league---blackburn-har-accepterat-et/?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter Plus a lot of Norwich fans on twitter are saying Vaughan is coming to Rovers If we could get 3 million pounds and Vaughan then I would accept it. Vaughan scored 14 goals in 33 games for Huddersfield which is very decent

Vaughan scored 14 goals in 33 games for Huddersfield which is very decent Vaughan is far too similar to Leon Best. And we won't be able to shift him in a hurry. So I'd imagine this is a non starter.
Majiball Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 Vaughan joining would just make me suspicious about Rhodes.
The Rover of Finland Posted June 18, 2013 Posted June 18, 2013 Olsson is useless at back. If he doesn't play left winger we might as well sell him. Norwich signed Garrido on permament basis lately and Pilkington did well on wing last season. Olsson us no better than them. I agree Vaughan would make suspicious about Rhodes.

Vaughan scored 14 goals in 33 games for Huddersfield which is very decent A bit injury prone, career record of a goal every 4.24 games, which is only slightly better than Leon Best 4.36. Everton expected great things of this lad but his career never really took-off like it should have done, probably due to his injury record.
saxo1man30 Posted June 18, 2013 Author Posted June 18, 2013 my god, your all sooooo cynical! is it a rovers fan`s trait or do all clubs ave em?
