Ricky Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Would Shaw actually be useful if we did want to link up with man united? I have no idea if he and Moyes got on or whether they were at Preston at the same time, anyone know? Zaha would do for a start

The Rover of Finland Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Moyes was furious at Rovers fans how Kean was treated. Maybe his eyes have opened?

Wolves_Rover Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Think Laurence would be a decent addition to our squad at this level. Saw Jamie O'Hara's name touted earlier, he's not liked too much around here in Wolves and was spouting off in the paper about being premier league quality etc. Avoid like plague imo.
pick32 Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Nick Powell would be a good edition and that striker that was at Wigan last season.
beanie Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Nick Powell would be a good edition and that striker that was at Wigan last season. I was thinking of exactly those two when i read the story.
Boylerhaus Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Nick Powell would be a good edition and that striker that was at Wigan last season. A mid table PL club will take Powell. Someone like Fulham or West Brom. Either of the Keanes or Tunnicliffe might do Also, it'll make sense for United to send Henriquez back to Wigan since he'd get a bit of European experience as well
Butty Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Apparently Lee Cattermole is set to be released from Sunderland. Although his disciplinary record isn't the best I'd love him here, would definitely get stuck in and do a job in the middle.

Although his disciplinary record isn't the best I'd love him here, would definitely get stuck in and do a job in the middle. If that's the case then I think it's 100% nailed on that he will go to Hull, seen as Bruce took him to Wigan and then Sunderland.

john.leigh Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Telegraph says Bowyer hopeful of being close to trying to get something done. Someone that we fans can identify with and expect to see a lot more of for us... A player currently under contract with another club - so not a freebie or a loanee. Any ideas?
G Somerset Rover Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 'Someone we can identify with'. That strikes me as the player being a Rovers fan, or an ex player.
beanie Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 He will go to Hull and i don't think he's been released i think he's been told he's not wanted they will still demand a fee i'd imagine.
pick32 Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 After that in the telegraph my first thought is Gallagher, rovers fan and would work hard and has a good final ball.
T.J.Newton Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 'Someone we can identify with'. That strikes me as the player being a Rovers fan, or an ex player. Mokoena? (kidding!)
Backroom Madon Posted June 22, 2013 Backroom Posted June 22, 2013 After that in the telegraph my first thought is Gallagher, rovers fan and would work hard and has a good final ball. Wouldn't surprise me, in the dressing room at the legends game he was saying how much that he would love to come back here.
the original david brent Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 After that in the telegraph my first thought is Gallagher, rovers fan and would work hard and has a good final ball. Off topic but saw him at a couple of Rovers games last season. Likewise Andy Proctor is a regular. It's good to see professional footballers watching the team they support in their spare time
gumboots Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 After that in the telegraph my first thought is Gallagher, rovers fan and would work hard and has a good final ball. I'm not a fan
G Somerset Rover Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Gallagher is too similar to Rochina too. Unless he's off.
AJW Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 utility player .... under contract at another club ... and we want to take Man Utd 's talented young players ........................................ITS PHIL JONES!!!!!!!!!!.
Ricky Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Gallagher could be a good shout. He'd love to come back. Told me so when I spoke to him at the legends game. Is Liam Lawrence currently under contract. Could be him as I know he was mentioned yesterday.
