is that from the club we thought we could sell Formica to?

That's the one - Baniyas. Perhaps a swap loan deal could be arranged for Abdulrahman & Formica??

Not sure whether he'll be up for the physical side of the Championship, but I'd hope Bowyer tries to bring him over for a trial first to get a decent look at him. Do the same with the Bulgarian kid so he can make a better judgement before he makes any financial move...

Should we had signed Mame Biran Diouf when we had the chance?

One of Kean's poor decisions not to....

Always thought he had potential.

Thats why we should Josh King as I feel this player can only get better.

Abdulrahman haven't played much lately and looks like Another Villanueva at 1,68m tall...

What about getting Jamie Mackie in?

King did sign a permanent deal in January. 2.5 years with an option for a further year.

You again. I should have known. Like my own personal grumpy little stalker. :D

I said much football, not no football. No access to SKY means I don't see any other football in the lower leagues as the only stuff on my TV is that champions league stuff. And after 18 years of Premiership football, as well as getting older, my knowledge of the Football Sunday Leagues has lapsed. I used to know so much about other clubs and players when I was in my late teens/early twenties. Though I know enough not to get excited over our business so far

Come on then Brain of Britain, who would you for?

Unlike you I don't pretend to know the players from all over the world so I leave it to the ones who do. I'm not a stalker I just don't like your cocky posting style.

1.68m means nothing to me. Whereas 5ft 6 tells me he's a bit small

For once I'm with you. Metric heights are absolutely meaningless.

That is a different player.

Read the article. He may be only 5'6" but he's a winger. Bryan Douglas was about that height.

Eh? I never mentioned his height and that has no bearing on the fact that the article is about Omar and our alleged interest is in Amer.

Did he play in the Olympics last year? just seen a pic of him and got a flashback to a bushy haired arab player from last year really standing out and he was only small

Amar is the player ... Omar is the one out of our league

If everything goes to plan the player is set to fly over in the next few days and spend 2 weeks on

A trial period... He plays for same club where Formica failed medical ...

Quick footed and mobile he is a good player ..m uch better then the likes of Lowe ..

Need a brave coach to give these guys a equal shot..

God im beginning to go into shock, players being looked at, trialled and evaluated before signing them. Somehow we are beginning to resemble a normal club, its starting to remind me how things worked when Hughes was here. Proper fitness sessions and preseason. I sure something will happen soon to remind us we aren't run normally.......

I wasn't replying to you. Sorry if it sounded that way.

Typical English mentality. If he's not average height, he's clearly not cut out for this league.

Funny because Spearing's 168cm, too.

Wasn't Myles still on trial when he put in that fabled monster of a tackle which everyone still talks about?

Funnily there are 6 of us rovers fans just talking about that tackle .........
