Didn't Robbo's loss of fitness and form coincide with Steele leaving too?

Eric's Steele has just left Man Utd. Any likelihood of us getting him back again?

I think we still have the guy who came in from Portsmouth with Appleton? Can't think of his name for the life of me though...

No, hence we've potentially signed some freeby flapper with a stiff back from league 2 on his say so as a potential understudy to Kean (when Robinson get's cleared off the wage bill, or doesn't get selected due to high contractual bonuses etc)

Ince left in Dec 2008. Mame Diouf joined us in August 2010.

And Steele was only here a matter of weeks before United poached him.

Timings are out....Steele went to Man U in August 2008, Diouf came here in august 2010.

It was definitely Ince who swapped Steele. If it wasn't Diouf, who did we get on loan from them?

EDIT: just remembered it was Danny Simpson.

We should be getting Mimms back, not Steele. Mimms was responsible for getting Robinson back to scratch in the first place and Jake Kean's Rise. Steele is just one of those journeyman coaches whereas Mimms cares about the club.

Keeley might a good goalkeeper coach. Personally, I'd like to se a coach who specialises in fitness brought in, as well as someone who has the ability to teach the more technical stuff like keeping the ball, passing etc.
