I still think if rhodes does leave it will be to a mid level prem team(everton, villa, Newcastle, etc..) not a team like hull that(if they have any sense) will be spending wisely a strengthening there whole squad so they don't come straight back down next year.

Does anyone else look upon the tribal nature of the different Rovers message boards with a sort of amused fondness? Here we are outnumbered 50 or even 100 to 1 by the fanbases of the fashionista clubs of English football, but our relatively tiny internet community still has the capacity to divide itself up. Human nature I suppose.

haters hate, it`s their nature. when i go they`ll find a.n.other who dares to be positive to do the same to, the fact i`m primarily a roversmad poster is neither here nor there. it`s like the venkys situation, some actually want the turmoil to continue as it fits their hostile nature to fight the fight, they love the aggro, it empowers them. if things turned around and we were successful, that would actually make these individuals unhappy as they drift off the scale into insignificance as widespread positivity takes over once again.

I wouldn't necessarily say it has anything to do with RoversMad or any other Rovers fans website to be honest SKH. For me the more Rovers websites the better. Should BRFCS (or vice versa on othe messageboards) be more tollerent to someone because they post mainly on other Rovers messageboards? I don't think that should matter in the slightest, I honestly couldn't care less where people spend there time on the web. For absolute clarity I believe the "capacity to divide" has more to do with the fact that saxoman3 consistently talks out of his arse, in a style reminiscent of a Shebby Singh after dinner speech, rather than any other perceived reason.

Not only that, but those of us who've read too much of his rubbish and are now finally putting him on ignore are finding him quoted by all ans sundry, adding to our sense of frustration, and am I really the only one irritated by that bit that says "you've chosen to ignore ...... View anyway?" If I wanted to view anyway, I wouldn't have him on ignore! And I don't think Jordan's off to Hull any time soon.

Second that Gumboots. Shame the ignore function doesn't pick up on quotes but no system is perfect. This thread and several others have become almost unfollowable just because one user is on ignore. The RoversMad forum must be better off though.
