This is the difference between Singh and Shaw for me.

One talks cobblers about football because he thinks he knows something about it and has years of being the pundit extraordinaire under his belt.

The other talks cobblers about really important stuff like contracts and finances.

This is why I'm more concerned about the latter than the former.

I've posted this before so I'll post it again. The logical thing to do when someone @#/? up ala Shaw is you sack him. We have not and neither has anyone else who was implicated. So since he hasn't been sacked you have to assume one thing, he wasn't responsible. He's kept his job so for me that means one thing the court case defence was @#/? and made up in a desperate attempt to save £2M. The law firm employed where 1st class, I doubt they suggested it and where working to orders. Shaw didn't get involved in the case and for me quite clearly agreed to the story. He has fallen on his sword at the request of our owners for that is very clear. The clincher for me is what did the other members of our board do around the time this was all coming to light???

Derek Shaw has kept his job as he did what was asked of him on this I am 100%. How else would he have kept his job.

Next consider what sort of man is prepared to do that to keep a job as the first thing I would have done is resign on principle..

Ditto Pune. Was invited out to Pune to interview the owners, told them that I would only come if they were prepared to answer "proper" questions relating to how they purchased the club, who was involved, why Sam was sacked etc. They weren't interested in that, so we declined the invitation.

I don't blame LT or Radio Lancs, it is almost impossible to get them to answer questions on the real issues. I thought that Chris did a good job in getting some information out of Shaw in difficult circumstances.

Now lets move on to the next current issue - Bowyers interview and words.

No.1 how many has he done, having a camera in your face for the first real time is daunting.

No.2 where are the photo's of him and the board? Who introduced him?

No.3 Bowyer has a direct line to Mrs D, circumventing Shaw, Shebby and MiniKean.

No.4 If one wants to get the most out of a new relationship (IE bowyer and Mrs D) does one do so by alienating them at your first presser?

No.5 who stands to gain if he does so??? Shaw, shebby and Minikean.

No.6 Said relationship maybe the light at the end of the tunnel as if Bowyer can get success on the pitch and knowing his love and character, then maybe the loons will stop listening to the vultures and start making decision that benefit Rovers and not bank balances.

The resulting interview can only ever be a sham. The problem is that it actually deceives the public by maintaining the illusion that a proper journalistic interview has taken place.

Remember such interview conditions allowed Kean to lie without challenge. They also allowed Jerome Anderson to make his appalling inferences without challenge. ( If they are reading this and thinking about litigation, bring it on. I can provide examples!)

What you allude to is where a number of people have got to with their ''Trueman Show'' references. This keep spouting sh1te that has you doubting your own sanity. What on gods earth qualifies the shelf stacker to blurt out that he will turn the Clubs finances around 5 minutes after saying he didnt check someone elses work?? Bloody red Adair couldnt turn this round let alone the hapless nobender. This mob give morons a bad name.

And as for ''we don't have to sell players ''...... how else is he planning to bring a howling monthly deficit back into the realms of FFP or did he really mean give them away??

I mean they spent an entire season lying about the crowds.... yes it was 13000 today...... my fat arse . Match that to the takings for each game and Pune must think its 2 rupees for adults and 1 rupee for kids.

It is one thing to run the club in the most shambolic way imaginable buts entirely another to continue to insult the intelligence of the fans on a daily basis-most of whom are starting to wise up to the lies and deceit flowing out of the club and through the local press.

As others have said how can the LT and Radio Lancs not question this clown? What constitutes a reporter these days? Shelfclown may as well write his own questions for what it's worth. My 10 year old daughter could type that up and his responses.

In the LT Shaw has vowed to sort out Rovers finances. God help us as it appears that even PNE didn't trust him to sort out finances.

He also says RE Berg that he didn't check other people's work. That is a total cop out. He is the MD, if a cock up like Berg's contract happens then it is his responsibility, he can't hide behind not checking other people's work excuse.

If Shagnew and Shebby remain at the club, then again Venky's have failed to address a key issue which will ultimately effect the clubs performance both on and off the pitch.

Perhaps now he's rid of a competent Finance Director (same thing happened at PNE), he can run amok with "business opportunities', and take us to within 4 hours of being wound up.

Wonder how long it will take for a new company called Friends of Blackburn Rovers limited to be suggested with Piggy and Snake as Directors and major shareholders?

- Denial on the club website of any investigation, moreover providing full backing

- Desai letter leaked saying she felt "cheated"

- Venkys lawyers saying Shaw had gone rogue

- Shaw saying he didn't have the authority to agree a manager's contract

- Singh being out of the country during the trial

- Agnew telling us all to "move on"

- Shaw saying that he hadn't checked the contract [before signing it] - something not mentioned in court

- Shaw seemingly facing no disciplinary action, let alone sacking, following the whole humiliating and costly episode

- Shaw now coming out and telling everyone about it like it's the most natural thing in the world
