What happened to Malky McKay ? I've got a workmate who's a big Norwich fan. I'll give him some grief tomorrow.
Stuart Posted May 22, 2014 Author Posted May 22, 2014 Wouldn't call it keanesque but it's an odd one. The must be looking for 'non-relegation on the cheap'.

I am waiting for his angry reply. think Norwich have gone for Adams cos he will bring through their good academy players there.

chaddyrovers Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Michael Appleton and Iain Brunskill(former coach at Rovers under Allardyce, Kean and Berg) are currently the top 2 favourites in the betting for the Tranmere Rovers manager job http://www.oddschecker.com/football/football-specials/tranmere/next-permanent-manager
Backroom Mike E Posted May 22, 2014 Backroom Posted May 22, 2014 They've seen Bowyer's good work, I assume?
rovers11 Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Wow, Norwich appointing Adams as boss is great news for us. I had then as dead certs to go back up but now I think they'll struggle a bit and will be mid table.
Rover_Shaun Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 They've seen Bowyer's good work, I assume?I doubt they aspire to finish that low

Given the way Premier League managers get fired these days he may not have long to wait.
Backroom DE. Posted May 24, 2014 Backroom Posted May 24, 2014 I'm rooting for Derby as well... QPR is a much easier away to get to! Got a feeling QPR will sneak it though.
Backroom Tom Posted May 24, 2014 Backroom Posted May 24, 2014 QPR really should have walked this league with the squad at their disposal. They'll win today and everyone in the media will hail Harry as a genius!
darrenrover Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 Derby for me. QPR don't appear to have the drive and determination required as witnessed at Ewood. Too many pre-madonnas. Just think it could have been us at Wembley. If only.
Backroom DE. Posted May 24, 2014 Backroom Posted May 24, 2014 We would have gotten to the final only to lose. Probably to a last minute penalty which had been earned by a dive or something. Would be typical Rovers...
darrenrover Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 We would have gotten to the final only to lose. Probably to a last minute penalty which had been earned by a dive or something. Would be typical Rovers... Indeed DE. Could you imagine the tension this time next year if we're there? Promised land if we win, oblivion if we lose. It's got to be automatic, I never again want to be 'glad all overed'.
Proudtobeblue&white Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 Rather dull game, no real clear cut chances as yet. Would prefer Derby if pressed, if only so we can have a go at Junior again next season!

Proudtobeblue&white Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 Sunny in londinium, @#/?*ng down in Clitheroe, bored watching this.
somersetrover Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 Very good referring that, he took his time and then made the right decision. Harry's probably on the phone now trying to get a midfielder in on loan for the last half an hour.
Backroom Tom Posted May 24, 2014 Backroom Posted May 24, 2014 Brilliant refereeing there well done that man, took his time and got it right
Backroom DE. Posted May 24, 2014 Backroom Posted May 24, 2014 Definitely the right decision. QPR will have to sit back now and hope for the best.
Proudtobeblue&white Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 Stupid challenge, let team down, let Arry down, let his family down, cheered me up.
