LeChuck Posted June 10, 2013 Posted June 10, 2013 His input should allow us to toy with new ideas and assemble a strong squad.
broadsword Posted June 10, 2013 Posted June 10, 2013 He's just a kid, but I'm sure he can put together a few surprises.
chaddyrovers Posted June 10, 2013 Posted June 10, 2013 what role is Kinder coming in as? first team coach? or under 18's manager? isnt McPhillips staying as Bowyer number 2?
Mercer Posted June 10, 2013 Posted June 10, 2013 Maybe Eric will have a dual role - ground maintenance and youth coach. Used to be a joiner by trade and think he used to miss the target on several occasions judging by his fingers many years ago.
ABBEY Posted June 10, 2013 Posted June 10, 2013 what role is Kinder coming in as? his coming has been a sweet surprise really.
arbitro Posted June 10, 2013 Posted June 10, 2013 Maybe Eric will have a dual role - ground maintenance and youth coach. Used to be a joiner by trade and think he used to miss the target on several occasions judging by his fingers many years ago. Eric was a joiner who played non league/local football. He was always thoughtful about the game and gave the impression he would go into coaching. I'm sure he has been surprised how far he has got but it shows that through sheer hard work, belief, self confidence and ability it can be done at a professional club. I think he will work with the youth players but it wouldn't surprise me if he got involved witht he reserves.
CapeTownRover Posted June 10, 2013 Posted June 10, 2013 Agnew gone, Kinder coming back, more sensible signings being made. what next? Ronaldinho joining?
Lurid Coat Posted June 10, 2013 Posted June 10, 2013 Rumours have it that Venky's were initially eggainst bringing him in, but, after having toyed with the idea, decided to surprise us all by shelling out for him.
Stuart Posted June 10, 2013 Posted June 10, 2013 fitted my kitchen many moons ago Too high brow for me that one.
chaddyrovers Posted June 10, 2013 Posted June 10, 2013 http://www.rovers.co.uk/news/article/bowyers-backroom-team-takes-shape-859690.aspx McPhillips is the number 2 and Grant is the first team coach. and Eric KInder is the reserve/U21 team manager

Boner Posted June 10, 2013 Posted June 10, 2013 Chaddy, any truth in the rumour El Hadji D'Oeuf will be Kinder's assistant?
saxo1man30 Posted June 10, 2013 Posted June 10, 2013 Chaddy, any truth in the rumour El Hadji D'Oeuf will be Kinder's assistant? will he understand that french speaking referance? really get the feeling of these being guys that really deserve the chance they`re getting at the club(yes, i inc hendry personally, everyone makes mistakes and he`d had a rough time of it when making them), real feel good factor about it for me.
