Bowyer bringing in an experience coach as Reserve/Under 21 manager is a good move. Hopefully this will help Rovers keep developing our own players.

Now that wouldn't be a huge surprise, he's been linked a few times (wasn't it under Berg?)

He has had an academy role at Derby recently so its possible that Bowyer knows him from those circles

Kinder's done a good job at Carlisle but the Rovers he is returning to is not the club he left in 2006. He might find it's a case of out of the frying pan and into the fire.
