Audax Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 Links if one did not hear about this http://news.msn.com/pop-culture/aerialist-walks-across-quarter-mile-span-in-arizona?ocid=ansnews11 . Totally ridiculous to me. When he walked Niagara Falls, he was on a harness, here you see the little wheelie thing following him. But walking across the Grand Canyon, he did not have a harness, maybe he was able not to use one because it was on "Tribal Land" or an Indian Reservation with different laws but I don't know this for sure. He did this to raise funds for the Navajo Nation, charity. To me, this is absolutely nuts, I couldn't watch it, one mistep and you die. The pole weighs about 43 pounds. But you can see, for that, he has it harnessed on somewhat.
