Baz Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 Rev I agree Orr is pretty woeful but we've seen worse and to say otherwise I think is reactionary, Herold Goulon for example wasn't even a footballer it seems Id ask you to watch the first 45 mins of the Peterborough home game, and then ask yourself the same question.
Baz Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 They were all terrible in that half, all 11. Agreed, but Orr was to fault for 3 of the goals.
RevidgeBlue Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 Id ask you to watch the first 45 mins of the Peterborough home game, and then ask yourself the same question. Indeed. Especially the bit where shortly after getting skinned leading to an opposition goal for the second time in quick succession he turns round to someone in the JW lower and apparently tells them to eff off.
blue_n_white99 Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 The one thing which sums up Bradley Orr's ability is this. He was linked with us under Paul Ince. He was signed under Steve Kean. And he was recalled from Ipswich by Michael Appleton. Arguably the 3 worst managers we have ever had? If his legs moved as fast as his mouth then he might have made an average footballer. Sadly for him this isn't the case. However he does make a world class gobshite. +1 As usual a far more eloquent summation of my own feelings on this slimey turd. The sooner he is removed the better.
Backroom Tom Posted August 4, 2013 Backroom Posted August 4, 2013 Id ask you to watch the first 45 mins of the Peterborough home game, and then ask yourself the same question. This is a pointless discussion but do you genuinely 100% believe that Bradley Orr is the worst player you've ever seen for Rovers overall?
RevidgeBlue Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 This is a pointless discussion but do you genuinely 100% believe that Bradley Orr is the worst player you've ever seen for Rovers overall? To my mind there might have been slightly worse players in a Rovers shirt, going back many years McKinnon, O Mara and more recently Rigters, Julio Santa Cruz etc but trying to build up Orr's worthiness in comparison is equally pointless imo. He's down there amongst the worst for me and that should be all you need to know. It's like comparing typhoid with cholera and trying to extract the positives.
rovers11 Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 No Formica, Orr or peds on bench today. All on way out I would suspect.
Baz Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 This is a pointless discussion but do you genuinely 100% believe that Bradley Orr is the worst player you've ever seen for Rovers overall? No, but he's definitely amongst the worst, very close to Houlon.
blue_n_white99 Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 He might just be better than Myles, on par with Houlon
Backroom Tom Posted August 4, 2013 Backroom Posted August 4, 2013 I think we should do another worst 11! I'll start us with: Alan Fettis
Backroom Tom Posted August 4, 2013 Backroom Posted August 4, 2013 Wait I thought it was Bradley? Then again he made his debut in central defence in the drubbing at Arsenal so we can shove him there
patrickvalery Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 RB Patrick Valery... I bloody knew that someone would go there!! You sir are a disgrace!
imy9 Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 I bloody knew that someone would go there!! You sir are a disgrace! Lol Sorry mate it was only a suggestion!

If thats true Patrick, then thats because his agent has been heavily involved in Rovers since Samba first came to the club.
Waggy76 Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 I was waiting ...for someone to remind me ! He played 2nd half lets hope he continues too
JBiz Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 I was waiting ...for someone to remind me ! He played 2nd half lets hope he continues too That was only his 7th or 8th game - how long does he get before it's decided?...
Lurid Coat Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 Pedersen "in talks" with Rovers regarding his future, which is why he wasn't even on the bench today. http://www.vg.no/sport/fotball/artikkel.php?artid=10105999
