Amo Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 Come on, he's got to do something to fill his time now that no one wants to buy or play him.

Hasta Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 He is just trying to act like the fact his career is going completely tits up doesn't bother him.
John Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 I think Orr gets off on riling folk on Twitter, no need for his comments - clearly feels good under his run out for the under 21s. If you follow Cryer, seems like he is getting a few things off his chest post LT...
Mercer Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 He is just trying to act like the fact his career is going completely tits up doesn't bother him. Cryer is defending Orr on Twitter - nauseating.
RevidgeBlue Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 He is just trying to act like the fact his career is going completely tits up doesn't bother him. I can't believe I'm doing this because I can't stand Orr but taken in isolation I can't see too much wrong with what he's tweeted above. I'd also expect him to tweet about being happy if he was going away with his kids somewhere. The real issue here is wtf are the Club doing allowing him to go away on a break at this stage of the season? He should be in full training in the unlikely event we find a buyer, whether or not he is made to train separately from the main body of players. Also have to say anyone actually following this bell end on Twitter must be seriously short of something to do.
blueboy3333 Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 Cryer is defending Orr on Twitter - nauseating. Did he call him Orrey or wee Braddy? Imagine how nauseating that would be. *Shudder*
Mercer Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 Did he call him Orrey or wee Braddy? Imagine how nauseating that would be. *Shudder* They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery ! You seem to have a fixation with me - see your doc, he/she may be able to help with your inferiority complex.

Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted August 12, 2013 Moderation Lead Posted August 12, 2013 This is why I came off twitter and the like- ignorance is bloody bliss!

That's the spirit, at least you didn't have a hissy fit this time and flounce off the board. Or make up imaginary insults that had been hurled at you. Your very first pair of testicles asre in the post. Good lad.
unleaded Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 It is obvious what hes playing at.... He wants to wind the fan base up and then forcing the club to pay off his contract ... Hope the club make him earn it ... If I was GB i would name him on the subs bench for ALL home games and make him warm up every 10 mins for all 90 mins........ Never known anything like him .... Keans and Appys left over slime.....
Commondore Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 Looks like Formica has gone to a club in Mexico. Rochina has tweeted the below Ruben Rochina Naixes Friend @ Gatoformica10 I wish you well in your new stage in mexico! I wish you well, trust you and then you will be okay! a hug Ruben Rochina Naixes amigo @Gatoformica10 te deseo lo mejor en tu nueva etapa en mexico! te deseo lo mejor, confio en ti y todo te va a salir bien! un abrazo Plenty of others should leave before him, especially as Rochina's injury opens up a possibility for him to play in his favored position for an extended period of time.

chaddyrovers Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 Dann linked with Fulham and Everton http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2390611/Scott-Dann-wanted-Fulham-Everton-race-hots-Blackburn-Rovers-defender.html plus says that Formica is going to Mexico and will probably 500k for him.

Who the hell is this Simon Jones bloke? He seems to be writing some right old guff about Rovers at the moment. Don't understand the seeming clamour to get Dann out of the door. He was poor at Premiership level but at Championship level him and Hanley have forged a decent partnership and both played well again on Saturday I thought. Plus, if the Club want rid of him, how come he's still wearing the captain's armband? Not saying we wouldn't be tempted to sell if a big offer came in but can't see us being willing to let him go out on loan as I would say he qualifies as one of our better players.

Keans and Appys left over slime..... I won't forget West Brom away last year, losing 3-0 after travelling down to watch an atrocious performance/ result; every single player bar Orr went straight down the tunnel, didn't so much as look at the fans, it was disgusting. Orr came over alone and made a huge point of clapping us. It was about the only decent thing to happen that day.

Do you not think there's a very fine line indeed between that being seen as taking the **** out of the fans in itself as much as applauding them? After a performance like that they should all at least acknowledge the fans briefly from the centre circle rather than disappear down the tunnel but the last thing I would want to do would be to applaud any of the players after a display like that.
Bundesburn Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 Cryer is defending Orr on Twitter - nauseating. Nowhere near as much as "Wild" Wayne Wild. Mortifying.

It took guts and as a fan it was nice to feel appreciated by one player at least, no matter what the result. Also worth noting he did it after seeing his teammates weren't going to bother, he really made a point of it, it was nice to see and well received by the majority.
Paul Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 Ok, I hear...Rhodes looks uninterested and lazy in training...the general consensus is that he's not worth his place if he isn't scoring and that if someone offers us £8m they'll "snatch their hand off" . After Saturday this comes as no surprise as he looked the same on the pitch. My big concern is if he doesn't start scoring again he's worth nothing and the game is littered with young players who had a couple of exciting seasons only to become lower league layers for the rest their career. Getting our money back may well be the best option - it's a very fine line, I wouldn't want the decision to make.
Silencio Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 I don't see us getting 8 million for Rhodes no matter how well he did last season...
Tyrone Shoelaces Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 I don't see us getting 8 million for Rhodes no matter how well he did last season... Me too.

Hopefully, we have at least one employee with a semblance of nous who can see this. I think we will be very fortunate to even get our money back.
Mani Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 I don't see us getting 8 million for Rhodes no matter how well he did last season... 100% agree! The guy isn't worth £8m...he's a league 1 footballer with a Premier League finish on him!
