den Posted June 8, 2022 Posted June 8, 2022 Brilliant game. Lancs came from nowhere at the end. A lot of talent in that side but we’re about to lose Salt, Livi, Wood as well as Parky. That’s the heart of the team. 3 Quote

AllRoverAsia Posted June 8, 2022 Posted June 8, 2022 I thought we had blown it with dropped catches. What a finish! Tom Hartley, Hero and celebrated to the full in front of a packed stand in Yorkshire. Lovely. 3 Quote
martonrover Posted June 8, 2022 Posted June 8, 2022 Fantastic game, amazing finish and a very happy day at work for me in Yorkshire tomorrow 🙂 Take a bow Tom Hartley. 3 Quote
den Posted June 8, 2022 Posted June 8, 2022 I thought we’d lost it on the last ball. Camera went to wrong fielder who appeared to be looking into the stand.🥴 2 Quote
1874 Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 6 in a row. Didn't see it as i won't pay sky. Radio Lancs had good coverage Quote

My heart sunk. Then they picked up on Hartley 🙂 Revis (non striker) evidently thought Yorks had won, because he embraced Drakes with a huge smile on his face. 1 Quote
oldjamfan1 Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 That moment when the Yorkie batsman thinks his partner has just hit a six off the last ball to win the Roses match 😂😂😂 IMG_5494.MP4 5 Quote
Gav Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 As den says above, bloody awful camera work by Sky to pick out the wrong fielder, happened a few times last night. 2 Quote

The social media team lap up whatever he does too, it's nauseating. He literally barely plays for us - I think basically QF / SF/ F of the T20 Blast most years, if it lines up with his calendar. Really can't stand the bloke, especially because he's a crap Test cricketer. Quote
Mattyblue Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 Yeah but it’s not the Originals vs *checks notes* the Superchargers though, is it? Quote
oldjamfan1 Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 Never has the old adage 'add two wickets onto the score' been more appropriate! What was beginning to look like a disastrous session for England now looks okay. 3 Quote
chaddyrovers Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 Very surprised by Stokes's decision to bowl first today. Seems to me to be win toss bat first wicket. Pitch is flat as ever Quote
jim mk2 Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 Poor decision by Stokes and some old story for England bowlers who always seem to struggle to take wickets unless the pitch is doing something. Dropped catches don't help either. NZ should make 450 plus from here Quote

Exiled_Rover Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 Durham v Lancashire, streamed live from the Durham changing room. Jesus Christ, lads, show a little impartiality, eh? Unprofessional twonks. Quote

Yes, 130 all out was always going to be difficult to defend, but they came close with Durham just making it with 3 balls to spare. Lancs still top after 8 games. 1 Quote

Yes, and it’s going to get worse when Salt goes as well. Did well to stay in it, but that penultimate over from Hurt cost us the match. Got it all wrong. He’s had quite a few chances over the last few years and simply doesn’t look up to it. Quote

He was loaned to Derbyshire recently, and they quickly sent him back. Enough said. Im fearful for the next week, when we have a Championship match and more T20s, with several key players missing. Also lost our overseas bowler now in the Championship, and with Anderson away and Mahmood injured, it’s looking pretty thin. 3 Quote
