If Mike Rigg's the same guy who helped spot Samba, Nelsen etc. then bring him on.

Samba was brought to the club by his agent who isnt Mike Rigg, just like Bardley Orr was, Kalanic was and a few of those young Portuguese.

if all fairness Jal, Mike Rigg left with Mark Hughes when he went to City which was well before Rovers we signed Kalinic, Orr and young Portuguese. so what is your point about Rigg???

Mike Rigg would be very good appointment as Director of Football/Technical director. did some very good work as Chief Scout when Hughes was here as manager. whether this will happen, we just don't know.

Wen and Kamy, that was very good podcast and really enjoy it

Thanks for the run down on the players that have left, but will someone please also provide a summary of the loanees that we've shown the door to?

I assuming we will have been paying some part of their wages and will therefore be some savings made there?

Great work gents and a really useful update for those who don't pay much attention over the close season.

Sounds like there are some grounds for cautious optimism but as Kamy suggested, trusting Venkys to be sensible for any length of time is a leap of faith
