SamDingle you walk a fine line with the trolling

Keep it up and at least folk on this fine rovers site won't have to read anymore from you

Sam's an extremely good poster imo.

Only Gav can say whether he was offended by the post in question, if he was I apologise. I read it as witty bantwr.

Maybe but its the line I'm taking and If I went onto Burnley boards trying to wind up the locals I'd expect the same

No worries Tom. I'll be banned on Saturday anyway (hopefully).

It's been quite a civil build-up on the whole.

There's quite a few Rovers fans on Carrots Mad, some interesting stuff amongst the usual squabbling but always welcome.

What is it with Darreners ? Mate lived up there mid 90's to early 2000 and almost every bugger u came in contact with was a Rovers hating Man Yoo fan. Poor do !

Absolute rubbish. I've lived in Darwen all of my life and virtually all of my mates are rovers fans. I play for a Darwen pub Sunday league team and most of the team are rovers fans. There are numerous Darwen pubs who run buses to home games and sometimes away games. Certain pubs get packed out when rovers are on tv. Need I give more examples.

Like any town, Darwen has plastic mancs and scousers, particularly in the less desirable areas of town. That's no different to Blackburn.

It was a pretty tame wind-up, more a gentle ribbing really.

Sam MkII isn't a bad poster at all - although MkII was a proper tosspot.

And if this board ever gets like the Burnley boards, it's time to switch off the server and cancel the ISP...

Calm down i only mentioned it because that's not the impression we used to get sometimes. Maybe it's a generation thing because at the time we were obviously one of their big rivals and they didn't like it, it was the same in Chorley the resident manc plastics suddenly made a point of targeting Rovers fans. The good thing though about Darwen is there didn't seem many dingles about :)

I wouldn't go that far rev. Sam has certainly matured, perhaps a bump on the head did it. Got an uneasy feeling he and longsiders will be having a little chest pounding on here come Saturday.

Me too

I think a decision as to whether or not to ban the Dingles can be made when the final whistle is blown tomorrow. I for one do not want to read any crowing Dingles tomorrow.

There won't be any on here don't worry al this is a site for rovers fans
