Just this once ...

I can't believe even burnley can balls a streaker up .. Dirty cruddy skid marked primark boxers and he left them on and when mooned us there were clinkers ..

A massive police operation and they still left chavvy scrotes wielding bricks or similar and then let them brick the coaches !! Police my arse

are you happy with the result

Red letter day Abbey.

Matt Russell back in the fray, 34 years and counting and a Dingle with 2 arse holes. Happy days!

Our average age today was 22 but -

Kean, Henley, Dann, Hanley, Spurr, Taylor, Cairney, Williamson, King, Dunn, Rhodes - is 24 and a half which is a little better.

But Hanley, Cairney and Rhodes are some of our best players so I don't think the above team is too inexperienced. Well barring the keeper I guess. Adding Robinson would put it at 25 and a half.

Proof that you should wait to sober up before writing a match report.

"When that equaliser went in I was gutted, absolutely gutted. But there's nothing I, or anyone else, can do about it now. We've all got to look for the positives and there were, let's face it, plenty of them including the firm knowledge that we are now, without any doubt, a better side than our local rivals."

Be fair. The first stage of grief is always denial.

Leave off. Kean was in perfect position but the ball went into the corner, Similar to people blaming the midfielders for failing to close Stanislas down.

Why can't anyone accept it was a fantastic strike by the player ?

If anyone was to blame its Todd Kane. He followed his player into the centre of the park in the build up but then returned to his right back position. At least one of the defensive midfield players had already dropped into the right back position. This allowed Stanislas the time to get his excellent shot away. It was an excellent shot though.

  • Moderation Lead

Someone outside The Calder in Accrington singing 'long live the Venky's, Jack Walker is dead'. Safe to say I gave the daft c**t a piece of my mind. Anyone that sings that song is clearly a bell end and should be banned for life.

Doubt any of the dingle stewards would do that, they were probably singing along...

They usually panic when you actually have a word with them. I got bullied by a group of them at Wembley years back. It was lovely seeing one off them on his own at Preston Station hours later. Hope the dentist bill was expensive.

1) Watching on tv, thought that with the youth in our side, this would be Burnley's best chance for a while. Burnley were mainly trying to outmuscle us but never made anything of it.

2) As today was a local derby, I don't think you can use today to predict how we will fair over the rest of the season.

3) Williamson will now go down as a Blackburn legend.

5) If we are after a loan signing to cover the loss of Rochina and Dunn, why not the Burnley right-back, his throughball for Rhodes was a pearler.

6) Did I miss GBs comments on Sky or did they just concentrate on getting Dyche in to their studio for a long, comfy chat? Seems a little bit one-sided taking in to account the nature of the game and surprised Dyche wouldn't be doing his job with his team at that time but hey, not complaining about that. :)

Very good but what happened to four :).

Was so relieved when that equaliser went in. More than anything I loved hearing the Burnley fans silenced and the Rovers fans in full voice. You could almost feel their hearts being ripped out...which I'm so pleased about after the 'Jack Walker is dead chant'. It sounded like there were loads of people singing it too, hoped it was just a minority but obviously not. Awful, awful chant, it's a game of football for gods sake.

I'm pleased with a draw because I thought Burnley played well but god do I wish we'd beat them again!

Gotta sort keeper"s position out or we will pay for it. Keane is er kean. Crosses and kicking are both sub-standard.

Our corners,to back post every time and failed every time, but no change!

Absolutely must have a partner upfront for Rhodes, he'll always get the odd chance or two but we lack the potency upfront we need.

King---as fast as any player I've seen from A TO B but----no end product. Dithers in possession.

Positives------back 4 were superb especially Hanley, I'm more worried about losing him in January than Rhodes tbh.

After a terrible first half-hour I thought we were the best team from then on. Their goal was very much against the run of play, got our passing game together and the move which ended with Cairney's shot being tipped round the post was exquisite.

We thoroughly deserved a draw.
