There are plenty of examples on this very message board of people who do! And spend their time trying to justify Bowyer being the best we can hope for. If Venkys are so rich, why do they put up with it? I'm pretty damned sure that Tony Fernandez doesn't.

always having a dig. You do come across as a very vindictive individual.

As for Tony Fernandez, he appoints 'coaches' who get his team relegated. They did really well again today.

Bowyer loves the security blanket of FFP. Stated he wouldn't be using it as an excuse but been ramming it down our throats in the media and programme all afternoon.

If the reports that's the embargo would be lifted with another sale , we've had chances to do that in the last couple of weeks. Funny how he doesn't mention that.

No sign of the Vensters today and they always turn up for the first game of the season in some form. They really have lost interest now, just happy to fund the club in it's mediocrity in order to juggle their books or whatever they are up to !

But TJ your post about the level of noise generated inside the ground when a goal is scored was insensitive to say the least.

I live in Looe now and would love to come to more games. Your living in Longshaw supping a beer criticising the fans who do turn up trying to help the club makes your "support" a little questionable.

Sorry if it was taken as criticism, it wasnt meant that way, it was purely just an observation i made as the goals where going in.

Also just to be picky, i didnt mention the noise generated inside that stadium(as obviously i wasn't there) i was refering to the noise that reached my ears quater of a mile away, which can sometimes be misleading depending on which way the winds blowing and stuff.

We still have the same problems we did when Kean was manager. We have to score 3 goals in a game to have a chance of getting a win. We have made zero progress on the defense side in the last 3-4 years. That is what scares me. Yes, we sometimes look good offensively but if we can't defend that really doesn't matter.

That would be the same Tony Fernandes who appointed his first team coach to become manager, got relegated and then gave him the gig on a permanent basis. Clearly an owner who sees the value in having a manager who is also a coach. Glad you've finally come round to that way of thinking Stuart. ^_^

Certainly am Stuart. Very encouraged by today's performance. I just hadn't realised that as well as messing up FFP the Football League had also introduced a new rule whereby you can push the ball in the net with your hand. :(

what did you think of the new formation and style of play?

I thought it worked well at times but didn't at times. the new formation/style of play will take time to develop and get used to playing it from a player point of view

Everything Bowyer said in that interview could have come straight out of Steve Kean's mouth. NO CHANCE. HE is nothing like Kean.

His Love For Hanley & Lowe is totally beyond me

Grow a pair please GB........

He has changed players for every position over his term as a manager apart from these 2 ...... They have been found wanting over the last 3-4 years over & over again but he keeps picking them .....

Lowe looks totally flat footed and unfit ......and needs dropping

When will he realise that they hold very very Important positions which decide which way a game will end .....😡
