He certainly doesn't sound too worried that we lost.

Lose at home to Bolton and he'll feel the flak, will he be able to take it ?

Unfortunately I think he might be more thick-skinned than people realise. He's made some subtle digs towards the fans already, which suggests he's more than prepared to hold his ground.

All that would do is deter any reasonable candidates. If we must give him a job, send him back to the youth set up or make him Chief Scout for recruitment of midfielders.
